Sophia flinched at the sound of the dinner bell. She stood up from laying on her bed all day and exited her cabin. Sophie started heading to the hall, her head low. She soon bumped into Kian from behind, a small "oh!" escaping her lips. She bit her lip, her eyes flickering the the back of his hair, at his coloured hair. A blush had creeped up on her face, and she stared at her shoes blankly to cover it up.

Hearing the announcement Kennedy got up off the deck and started towards the mess hall. Her stomach had been rumbling for a while as she hadn't had anything to eat since the day before. But that was no one's fault but herself.
Walking into the hall she saw her twin with some other people 'Great... She's already made friends and I'm a loner' she thought to herself making her way to an empty table.

kian tossed his cigarette to the ground, stamping it out so that he didn't cause a forest fire or anything. he didn't really want to go to dinner, but while smoking, he'd earned several large growls from his stomach, so he knew that he needed to eat, even if it was just a little. running a hand through his multi-colored hair, he shoved his hands in the pockets of his tight black jeans and began heading in the direction of the dining hall. he was about halfway there when he felt a smaller figure bump into him from behind, and he let out a soft grunt as he stumbled slightly forward. his lips in a flat line, kian turned to see a girl. her head was down, but he could still see the faint blush on her cheeks. "maybe you should be more careful when you're walking," he said in a half-joking manner as he adjusted his denim jacket.

Carter nodded to Kaylee and led them to an open table. He pulled a chair out for Emaleene, then Kaylee, being the gentlemanly person he is, then took a seat next to Emaleene. Carter scooted closer to the table, glancing at Emaleene.

"oh." he wasn't sure why she'd decided to introduce herself, but he didn't want to seem rude, so he introduced himself as well. "i'm kian, not that it really matters." the tall boy scratched the back of his neck awkwardly before returning his arms to their original position of being crossed over his chest. "so, before you ran into me, were you headed to the dining hall?"

knox headed for the dining hall. he hadnt seen his sister in a while but he was sure she could take care of herself like she always said. she was a few minutes older than him after all. he picked up a plate and filled it with a mountain of food before locating an empty table in the corner to sit at. he pulled out the chair and took a seat, setting the plate in front of him and digging in.

"FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!" Kaylee sang loudly off key as she got up off the chair grabbing Emaleene by the wrist towards the buffet table. Grabbing a plate she filled it with some spaghetti and meatballs, along with some potato salad. Grabbing a can of lemonade she waited for Emaleene to grab food for herself.
