He thought it would be more helpful to do the same rather than just watch, so he carved a point out of another stick and put some meet on it then held it over the fire.

After she thought the meat was cooked she took it away from the fire and tore a piece off. She examined the inside and nodded. She took the meat off the stick and set it aside. She put the last little bit of meat on her stick and roasted it.

The meat on his stick was almost done. He waited a little before doing the same, checking the inside and putting it aside.

She finished cooking the last of the meat and put it with the other pieces. She looked at him "we should go see if anyone else is up." She said.

He nodded simply and stood up, picking up the meat. "Let's go." He said.

Lexa
She stirred when a stream of sun light covered her eyes. She sat up and saw a few people were up and gone. She gently poked Clarke to wake her up.

Clarke
She woke up when Lexa poked her.

She nodded and grabbed some of the meat. She walked in the crumbling house. She walked into the room where everyone was and saw some people awake.

"Come on. We might as well get up and do something." She whispered to Clarke.


Charlie, Matt and Nina were all waking up.

She looked at Jeremy "there should be enough meat for everyone." She said.

Jeremy
He nodded. "I think it's time we wake the others." He said, although more were waking up.

She nodded as she looked at everyone. "If you want, I'll work on this side, with passing out the meat..." She point to the left, "...and you could work on that side, passing out the meat?" She said pointing to the right.
