Byakko awoke, sitting up with a little yawn, rubbing the back of her hand across her eyes.

Bryan fried the bacon and eggs in the same pan turning the radio on and turning it down low.

Byakko got up and walked over behind him silently, wrapping her arms around him and snuggling her face into his back. "Hi." she mumbled.

"Morning sunshine." he said with a smile. Bryans pocket buzzed and he lifted it from his pocket. "Blonde says to tell you to get ready. If you go get changed breakfast will be done." he said while turning around and hugging her back kissing her cheek.

Byakko chuckled with a small grin. "All right..." seh said, going to do just that after dropping a light kiss on his cheek.

He put his hands on her shoulders and pointed her in the direction of the bedroom. He smiled.

"I'm going, i'm going..."Byakko laughed, heading into the bedroom to slip into a comfy pair of jeans, a loose red shirt with a cami under it, and a pair of black flats.

Bryan put the bacon on a plate along with the eggs as he waited for Byakko. His phone buzzed again and it was a message from his step dad. 'Hey buddy, I'm afraid we've got some bad news. Mom's sick. It doesn't look good.' Bryan shut off his phone and set it on the counter and put his hand on his face.
