"Exhausting, I got called to the 'big office' to get a talk with the manager. That was fun." he said rolling his eyes as he took the things out of the bag and began smearing PB on the sticks.

"Oh? nothing bad i hope?" Byakko tipped her head slightly, looking slightly worried for just a second, subconciously putting her hand on her belly, where she could feel their unborn child moving.

"No, he um, just wanted to talk about a promotion. That's all." he tried to keep from laughing but he acted like it was nothing as he handed her a celery stick with peanut butter spread across it. He smiled lightly.

"Oh, that's wonderful!" smiled Byakko, her eyes sparkling as she accepted the peanut-buttered celery. "Thanks, luv."

"No problem." he said walking to her and putting his hands on her hips. "Say hun? We could, you know get a few moving trucks this weekend. You know if you're ready, I could move in." He said with a smile.

[Wolf Prints]

"Babe, I've been ready for you to move in for a while now. But what about the horses? I think it better if I move in with you." Byakko murmured, smiling as she kissed him gently, then took a bite of her celery.(Remember the midnight ride from the last thread? Talk about crazy.)

"You're probably right." he said grabbing her unoccupied hand. "Say, Maxine wanted to know if she could take you out for some 'girl time' while I stay home and babysit Katie. What do you say?" He looked up at her and smiled.

(Don't ever do that to Byakko again. She thought she might lose him.)

Byakko smiled, chuckling. "Sure." she said, smiling. "You know I love your sister." she smiled, snuggling against him for just a second, smiling.

"She figured she treated you badly the first time you guys met, so she felt 'bonding' was needed." he stood and stretched his arms, "I'm going to take a shower, you need anything first?"

"No, I'm fine. I'll probably go watch something on the tv." she shrugged, looking up at him with a smile. Her eyes sparkled, and she looked at him with a look filled with adoration.
