I decide to take a walk... I've read too long. I need some fresh air. I think and slip on my converse. I head out onto the street, the warm spring air feeling refreshing on my skin. I smile and take a deep breath, enjoying the day.

Landon chortled a bit as he watched Luke trip over the seat of some girl's on the way back over with their drinks. One one hand, he was always of course concerned about his brother and wanted to make sure he was alright - which he appeared to be, rather than feeling just a bit embarrassed, from the looks of it. But on the other hand, he was always quite amused by things like that. His brother was clumsy like that - but, granted, Landon could be, too. Just not quite as much as Luke was. The boy finally arrived at their tables after a very brief conversation with the girl and set the beverages down on the table. "Thanks. You alright?" he said to Luke, a small chuckle escaping his breath as he said the last part. "Yeah, no problem. And I'm fine," Luke responded, somewhat quietly, as a small, embarrassed smile spread itself across his lips, his cheeks tinted a faint rouge color. Landon nodded a little, allowing a smirk to creep up on his face, as he picked his drink up. He was silent for a moment as he took a small sip of his coffee - seeing that it was rather hot, he couldn't drink much more at the time - and glanced around the coffee shop. A small sigh slipped past his barely parted lips - he still couldn't quite get his mind off of the nightmare he had the previous night, it was driving him insane. Maybe he just needed some fresh air. Yeah, that must be it - something to get his mind off of it, so he hoped taking a walk would suffice. "Hey, I think I'm going to go - I'll catch up with you later," he said, allowing his gaze to shift back over to Luke. "Alright," his brother responded with a nod and waved bye to Landon. Landon nodded as he rose to his feet, his piping hot cup of coffee in hand, and headed outside. He started whistling a little as he strolled down the street, glancing around at the shops and other scenery he would pass by. Gosh, if only she was still here...he thought to himself with a sigh, shaking his head a bit and glancing down at the ground. He slid his free hand into his pocket while taking another sip of his coffee. Suddenly, he was hurled back into reality as he felt himself collide with someone else. Immediately, his bright, cobalt blue eyes darted up to a girl around his age. She had blonde hair, which faded into a light, then dark blue, and bright blue eyes. Oh, great, good going, moron...! he mentally scolded himself. "Uh...sorry about that," he said, a bit sheepishly, as he rubbed the back of his neck, "I didn't see you there. Are you alright?"

I walk on the sidewalk, nearing Starbucks. Maybe I should get a coffee... I think. While lost in thought, something- or someone, bumps right into me, causing me to stumble. I realize it's a boy, a nice-looking boy. When the stranger speaks, I respond in a calm, collected, and friendly tone. "Ah, that's alright." I say with a smile. "I'm kinda oblivious to everything when I'm lost in thought... it would probably be beneficial to everyone if I paid more attention." I say, my intelligence clear in my words.
