A soft chuckle escaped Harold's lips when he read the text and just as he was about to respond, he heard the voice of his manager come through his headset. "Alright, Harold, we're ready to record that last track whenever you are," he said. Harry nodded quickly before sliding his phone into his pocket and walking back over to his mic. Hopefully this recording wouldn't take as long as the previous and he could get out of the studio much sooner than he expected. Quickly, he grabbed the water bottle from the table in front of him and took a sip from it before giving the guys on the other side of the glass a thumbs up. Shortly after the music began to play and he came in when he needed to, allowing the words and feelings flow out of him naturally.
After several retakes, he finally touched up the parts he needed to and he grinned. He pulled the headset off and allowed it to rest around his neck as the door of the recording open opened. "That was brilliant Harry. It has been a pleasure working with you, boy. I'll call you back in when I have the CD all ready, alright?" the Director said as he pulled the British boy into a hug. "That sounds wonderful. I'll be looking forward to it," he managed to replied, though his throat hurt from all the singing he had done.
As he walked out of the recording room, he glanced over at some of the people standing around and noticed a few of the guys he had been told he might be put in a band with had been there. Waving to them, he continued on his way toward the door, not wanting to waste much time. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and looked at the time. It wasn't too late, at least not yet, but it was all that early anymore either. Shaking that thought off, he went to his messages and decided to send Ashly a text. I'm on my way over now. It was a short and simple message, but he knew it would get the point across. He shoved his phone back into his pocket and made it to his car, quickly starting it up and taking off, though he made one quick stop at a small candy store and picked up a small box of chocolates. He hoped that such a thing might make Ashly's day a little better.
