Lilly lays down her head on her feet as the vet gives her pain meds. "Give her these twice a day

Liz nods and hears the filly lay down. She sits on the ground near the filly.

Star stumbles slightly as she is helped back.

Fabian put violettas mare away and goes to star. He attaches the sling to the hoist and wraps it round the mare. He said to Violetta "when you're ready we can pull her
Up"

Star whinnies nervously as the sling is wrapped around her and pins her ears down.

Fabian turns the hoist on and it slowly lifts the mare a few inches of the ground. He pulled the rope to make sure it was safe enough.

Star pins her ears down more and swishes her tail from agitation as she slowly gets lifted up.

Fabian sits down on the floor. He watches the mare and looked at the vet.

Star was now fully on her feet in the sling. She cautiously sniffs the sling before determining that the sling wasn't dangerous. Star stops pinning her ears but lowers her head to the ground.

Liz strokes the filly's neck, hoping that the filly would recover swiftly.

Lilly laid her head in her lap.

Violetta sighed. "II will watch them tonight. Go sleep.

Fabian got up and grunted. He turned the barn lights off without thinking and headed towards the house.
