Jordan sighed "U-uhh" he muttered and then cleared his throat again "I was just wondering? Are you new here?". He looked at Spike and then back at her, waiting for an answer.

Minimire walked into the barn nervously and looked around for Galmire and Nimire. When she spotted them, her face lit up as she ran to them. But as she was nearing them, she abruptly stopped as she caught a handsome guy, probably around her age, looking at her. He had dark hair and was fairly muscular. He as standing next to a white quarter horse, with a tag named Sugar. She was really gorgeous, Just like him. She thought to herself as she made eye contact with him.

Dillon nodded a little after the girl introduced herself, addressing herself as Lucy. Hm...Lucy. The name seemed nice for her, very fitting. "Well, Lucy, it's nice to-" he began, allowing a small half-smile to form on his lips. He was abruptly interrupted, however, when the girl suddenly seemed to lose her balance - as he hadn't seen the girl's pet bump into her - and fell onto him. He stumbled back a small step, lightly grabbing onto the girl so she wouldn't hit the ground. He regained his balance and helped her regain hers. "Whoa, uh...are you alright?" he asked, his cheeks just slightly flushed, as he glanced down at her, then quickly away.

Shy nodded a little with a small smile. Mitch had a point there. "Very true," she responded, then bit her lip the next time he spoke. She glanced down, feeling just slightly awkward, before glancing back up at him. Her small smile returned, and even got just slightly bigger, actually, as the boy explained that Matt was a surprisingly easy puppy to train - partially thanks to all the treats, from the sound of it, but still easy to train, nonetheless. "No problem, and yeah? That must have been nice," she replied with a soft laugh, "I'm hoping Penny will be easy to train, but I'm just getting started with her, so...I guess I'll find out." She then glanced down at the Yorkie pup, then back up at Mitch as he asked how old Penny was. "Oh, um...well, sort of both, I guess. I mean, the breed's obviously just small, but she's only just about six months old," she explained with a small nod.

Mitch smiled looking down at Penny and nodded acknowledging what she had just said.
"She's really cute. I'm sure she'll be easy to train if you take your time, Penny's at a good age to
start." he said as he looked back up at Shy. Pups were great to start around a few months old as
he had remembered from reading a book on it. "You have a very nice smile." he mumbled looking
away shyly as he saw her smile. He looked down at Matt who had laid down by his feet looking
at them.

He nodded agreeing with what she had said. "Belle is a Jack Russell right?" he asked her
curiously looking at the dogs that were playing. Diesel ran around playing with the small dog playfully
nudging her with his paws.

Jasmine nodded, even though it was obvious, she couldn't help but appreciate the fact that he cared to say something about her cat. "He has some kind of phobia of being in a carrier," she said, kind of chuckling. The meowing got louder and more demanding and pleading so she looked down at her cat through the front of the carrier and cooed some sweet words about how they were almost there and he didn't need to worry and that he was a really good cat. After that, her cat slowly calmed down, comforted and soothed by her words. She always had a way with animals since she was a kid. He looked really nervous, maybe it was because she was being rude....Jasmine felt kind of bad for making someone so nervous around her. Jasmine said in a humorous way, "I'm glad I bumped into you rather then a pole, I don't think a pole would've been as nice as you." Usually she never showed her funny side to anyone but she didn't know any other way to be nice without being totally awkward. Her eyes softened a bit and didn't hold the mean glint from before where she was angry about having to come to camp and her horrible life.

At least the beds were comfortable.
That was Olivia's first thought when she flopped down on one of the beds at the side in Cabin 1, not minding the other girl that was on her own bed and leaving her small but perfect suitcase on the floor next to the bed. Olivia noticed the small dog and sighed to herself, thinking that probably the other girl who would be staying with them didn't have any pets. To be completely honest, it was safe to say that Olly was not an animal person in general, even though she'd rather have a cat than a dog, and she had seen an awful lot of those at the office where she checked in. This summer camp had not been her idea at all. At first, Olivia and her friends made plans to travel through California and settle down in Miami for a week, after all it was their only summer before the graduating year at school that was waiting for them. But of course she couldn't go. One day, Olly's mother came in with the terrible news. A summer camp. What did her mother think she was, seven years old? And there was a dog plague all around, this couldn't get better.
Olivia finally sighed to herself once again, and grabbed the phone and her earphones. If she was going to have a good time, there was no better thing than sneaking out and listening to music alone. She walked out of the cabin, leaving the quiet girl with her dog behind and not even saying hello or goodbye when she saw her. Olly started to walk towards the lake her parents showed her on the internet.

It may seem weird to say it, but Collin was not the type of person who actually hated summer camps. Anyway there was nothing interesting in his life. He would have stayed in his room with the blinds closed and darkness flooding in, with his videogames and computer and Tumblr, just scrolling down his news feed and reposting things he found amusing. But doing that for the two months that was summer was too much for him. Collin paid half of the money to enter this summer thing, and his parents helped to fill the other half. Probably every single teenager that was there in the world would rather go on vacations to some sunny beach than to a weird summer camp where all the other loners that didn't have friends went to. Or at least, that was what Collin's best friend said the day before he came here.
There was not much to do in the first day but unpack the sports bag Collin brought with him. He was not the type of person that owned a lot of clothes either, and just liked to wear those things he felt comfortable in. All the other stuff he was given? He either gave it to his younger brother Max, or simply returned it to the person who had made the present claiming that it was too big or too small on him. Truth was that Collin seemed scrawny next to Max, who, being only sixteen was already taller and more muscular than his brother. Collin pushed those thoughts away from his mind - coming here was one way to escape Max, his annoying little brother that seemed older than him. And to enjoy the summer. Of course that counted in.
