Dillon walked around, seemingly aimlessly, with Shadow in tow. He had his earbuds in his ears, and his music on a bit loud - it was to where he could still hear people speaking, but would have to turn it down a notch or two for him to be able to actually understand what they were saying. He drummed his fingers against one of his thighs to the beat of the song - which was currently "With You, Friends (Long Drive)" by Skrillex, one of his favorite songs by the popular dubsteb artist, at the moment. "We fell in love with gravity, and I really really miss you," he mouthed, a small half-smile forming on his lips, as the lyrics were spoken during that part of song. Occasionally, he would glance down to make sure that Shadow was still following him, and hooked to the red and black leash, or just around him to make sure he didn't bump into anyone. He was really just trying to avoid talking to anyone, at the moment, so he would just smile a bit or nod at those who passed by him. Truthfully, he hadn't wanted to go to this camp - but, alas, Leanna and Jacob had thought it would be good for him. He usually wasn't one to be social, exactly, and so his parents worried about him. They thought going to camp and meeting some friends would help break him out of his shell a bit. But, truthfully, he was not planning on interacting with anyone more than he had to. Who knows, though? Maybe it would be fun, he thought, and maybe he needed to just get away from home for a while. But he honestly didn't see himself making any new friends, given his track record so far, honestly.
Shy | 18 | Location: Girls' Cabin 1 | Mood: Calm | Tagged: N/A
Shy sighed softly as she gently stroked the soft, black and tan fur of the little Yorkie puppy that was currently sitting on her lap. As soon as everyone had arrived at the camp, she got out, did what she had to do to get checked in, and headed to her allocated cabin - which was cabin 1 - as fast as she could. She was, well...shy, so it was safe to say her name was fitting for her. As a result of this shyness, she wasn't very social, and so she was there, alone with her dog, Penny, avoiding any form of socialization that she possibly could. She had used the excuse to unpack her things to her advantage - this time, anyway - but had already finished doing that not too long ago. She leaned so that her back was now resting against the wall behind her, and a soft yawn escaped the girl's lips. She was tired, yet calm and content at the moment, so she felt that a nap would be nice, at the moment. Although, she figured having a crazy sleep schedule wouldn't be the best idea at a summer camp, so she was trying to force herself to stay awake.
