Ash sat outside Starbucks, her chocolate brown hair falling around her face as she sipped on a mocha. She pulled out her phone to see if there were any texts from Michael. She scrolled through the messages and finding none, she clicked off her phone and peered out onto the street, hoping she would see the shocking red hair weaving through the crowd. Ash sighed and silently cursed her father. It was his fault that she couldn't date Michael openly, he 'didn't approve'. Ash made a disgusted noise and took another sip of her drink.

For a long time, Skylar was debating about jumping down the window to get away from her house. Of course, her room was on the second floor and it was quite a drop, but she'd survived worse things before. Finally, the decision was to go downstairs, open the front door with the copy she'd made to the key a long time ago, and walk outside. In a few minutes it was done, and she was quickly speeding up to get as far as she could get from her father, shoving her hands in the pockets of her sweatshirt. After what seemed ten minutes, Skylar was in front of a coffee shop, that she went to every single day. She liked it because not many people knew about it. Without hesitating, the girl went inside, got herself a coffee and a bagel, and sat down at the end of the room.

Nate was too lazy to get up, he had been playing with his phone for the last half hour to a game he'd just downloaded. Sometimes this happened to him, when he woke up at seven and stayed until eight or nine with his phone, until the step mother came in and interrupted his rest. Not long after eight, Nathan opened the messages app and pressed on Alaska's profile. They had been dating for a while already and it was by far the best thing that ever happened to him. heyyy wake up im bored Nate typed and sent her, before returning to the game and continue playing.

Michael drummed his fingers against the kitchen counter, staring down at the screen of the phone he held. He had gone to the kitchen because he was playing video games, but was getting bored. Plus, he was hungry, so he figured he'd just finally turn off the games and go grab a bite to eat really quick. But before he got into anything, he thought about Ashleigh. Maybe they could go out and grab a bite to eat together, if they could? He had been debating on whether or not he should text her. He hated not being able to just invite her somewhere without them having to sort of sneak around - not necessarily because he always followed rules, because he didn't - but because it made things difficult and complicated. He didn't mind if he got to see her - she was worth it to him - but he wished her father wouldn't be so opposed to him being around. He wasn't a bad guy - sure, he could get in to some trouble sometimes, but he wasn't doing anything that could get him - or Ashley - hurt, killed, or arrested. He sighed again, shaking his head, before he tried to pull himself away from these thoughts. He finally decided to text her. Hey, Ash. (: Are you free to go grab a bite to eat with me, or are your parents around? he texted to her, then sent it and awaited a response.

Luke yawned lightly and stretched out a bit. He had been doing nothing but laying on his bed and watching Youtube for a while, and honestly...he was getting quite bored. He didn't have anything on the agenda that day, as his bandmates weren't able to get together to practice or even just hang out for the day. So...he was just stuck, at home, not doing much of anything too excited. He sighed a little and finally sat up, running a hand through his blonde, styled hair, before rising from his seat on the couch. He closed his Youtube app and opened the music app on his iPod, then started to scroll through his music library until he got to Simple Plan. He clicked on one of their albums to start listening to it, the slid the device into his pocket as he headed for the front door. Maybe he'd find something interesting to do in town, or something, he thought. With that, he headed outside, closing the door behind him, and started walking down the street in search of something interesting to do. Suddenly, he heard his stomach rumble - he actually hadn't had much of anything to eat, as of yet, so he figured he'd head over to the coffee shop he lived by. He shrugged a little and started walking in that direction, quietly singing along to the song that was currently playing. A few minutes later, he arrived at the little shop, and stepped inside.

Ash heard her phone buzz and reluctantly pulled it from her pocket, assuming it was her father, ordering her home. When she saw Michael's number, her face lit up as she quickly replied.

She hit send and shook her hair out of her face, resenting having to return home after this. Ash scrolled through her Facebook feed, looking for anything to spark her interest. Nothing. She looked through Instagram. Still nothing. Bored, she got up and went inside the cafe for a moment, wondering if she should order now, before deciding against and sitting back down outside, waiting for Michael.

Skylar was drinking coffee, while scrolling down her news feed in tumblr, reading the posts and sometimes a slight smile would escape her lips. The shop was totally empty excepting an old lady that was the owner, and some random kid that was usually around so she supposed that he had something to do with the owner. A few moments later, the bell that signalized someone entering rang and Skylar glanced up and down, bedore fixing her gaze again on the guy. He couldn't have been a lot older than herself, maybe a year, or two probably. He was tall, or at least, tall compared to her, with blonde hair and - it was enough to say that he was good looking. Sky didn't work well with other people, so she stayed silent and on her phone. At least that way she would have something to do, and the guy would not even talk to her. Not that she thought that he was planning to do so... Skylar entered Instagram this time, mumbling some song lyrics.

I sat in my apartment completely bored. I tapped my pencil on my paper, trying to finish my homework but with no luck. I sighed quietly as Suger, my cat, jumped right in my palates and in my way. I laughed, pushing my wavy blond hair to the side. "hey there baby girl," I said and pet her soft, long hair. "homework break?" I stood up and went to my mini fridge to find nothing in there.
