Sarah nodded. She understood the need for quiet- it was why Jedi slept in what used to be the room they kept pet supplies in. But the roof?
"Did cal know why you wanted to sleep on the roof?" she asked.

He went searching all through the house the next morning until he found Cal and grabbed his sleeve, eyes hopeful. "Is she back?" He asked eagerly.

Cal nodded. "She's back to stay. I think she went up to the library." Secretly, Cal was worried about Brooke- she had just been staring off into the distance in the car. He hopped that talking to Matti would help her.

He smiled widely and nodded, turning and running down the hall to the library. "Brookiiiieee!" He called when he saw her, giving her a giant hug.
