"Weeeeeeeeell...." He began slowly. "I did call 9-1-1 when Chase attacked Jedi... So if he knows about that... What if he punches me for it when he comes back?" He asked nervously, failing to notice that Duke was slithering slowly towards Keith.

Chase is still in Juvie ( and technically should stay there for five years... But anyway xD ), they got back from visiting him, pretty much got away with it, Brent and Keith are talking in the kid's lounge, Tancered and Cal are trying to get into Tancered's room cuz somehow the door got locked... I think that's it. c: ))

Character's History:
Spencer ran away at age fourteen with a group of bad influences and got wound up in some questionable situations, he committed Disorderly Conduct by stealing a police officer's hat. ( after being dared to by his 'friends' ) He almost got arrested, but barely escaped, managing to travel to a nearby town where he quickly learned to fend for himself. A month later he turned fifteen and found the woods near Willow Gale, which he now uses as his home. If found by law enforcement he will be taken in, so he stays hidden. His parents want nothing to do with him.
Illnesses or Problems:
He has ADD, and finds it really hard to sit still most of the time.
Character Appearance:
He's five foot nine, pretty strong but a bit on the thin side.

Adults, he doesn't trust them

So I'm thinking he can become friends with one or two of the kids at Willow Gale by meeting them in the woods accidentally, and eventually Cal finds out, some officers catch Spencer, but maybe Cal and Sarah take him in and he's assigned to house arrest at the foster home?

Name: "Hi! I'm Piper, Nice ta' meet cha'."
Age: "I just turned 16 last month."
Height and Weight: "I'm not that tall- I'm only 5"3. I weigh... well, that's an awkward question. Umm, if you need to know, I weigh less than I should- I'm only 99 pounds."
Hair, Eyes, and Skin Color: "Well, it's funny that you have to ask, cause I'm standing right here, ya know? but brown, Blue, and white."
Gender and Sexuality: "I thought it was kind of obvious that I'm a girl. As for sexuality? I'm straight as a circle."
Piper is asexual- she isn't attracted to anyone.

Under the Surface
History: "Yikes- it's kind of a sob story. You see, when I was born, I was in NICU- apparently, my mom was a crack addict, so I was born with some health conditions. Even though I came almost 2 weeks late, I was smaller than your typical preemie. I have issues with my lungs- they basically suck at being lungs. So that's why I have my trust ol' oxygen tank. Anywho. I was sent to live with an aunt who didn't particularly want me. She just didn't care. I had self confidence issues, and developed anorexia. When I was 14, I was taken from my aunt by CPS and was hospitalized. I spent several years there, and now, at 16, I'm being put in foster care."
Likes and Dislikes- "I hate, hate, hate not being able to breathe. Like, it limits so many things, ya know? I also don't really like pills, or gross smells. And I'm not fond of jerks. I like pretty much everything else, though."
Fears- "I'm... well, I'm scared of relapsing. It's happened several times, and I'm still unusually obsessive about my work-out routine. I'm scared that one day I'll wake up and I won't be eating. On a lighter note, I'm not fond of rabbits, or snakes. Or fires."
Health concerns- "Well, there's relapsing, and there's also the lungs that suck at being lungs. So I have my oxygen tank, and I have an inhaler cause of asthma, and I have these pills I take that supposedly help keep my lungs working."
Other: Piper is a health freak.
