♬kellin chuckled at his clear nervousness and embarrassment, bending down and picking up the kids book before standing and returning it with a smile "pleasure to meet you alistair..I don't think I saw you at the introduction thing, so I assume you don't know, but me and you are roommates" kellin said with a chuckle, complete relief as he realized this kid was his roommate. this kid was kind and kind of awkward, he could tell..he was sure they'd get along well "and don't worry, its normal to screw everything up on the first day"

Alistair smiled faintly. He was relieved that this student would be his roommate, he seemed to be a "nice guy" as others called it. "Well, I suppose I must be going..." he trailed off, slowly backtracking out of the room. He was feeling almost lightheaded, how he usually felt when he had human interaction with unfamiliar people. Darting through the hall to avoid any other unnecessary human contact, Alistair collapsed onto the ground of his dorm, pulling out his book. In moments, he was totally absorbed.

♬kellin chuckled as Alistair dashed out of the room like he was on fire, waving a friendly goodbye to him despite the clear displeasure this kid felt in being near him. ah well..maybe he just didn't like people. he didn't seem the social type. shrugging his shoulders, he turned around and walked back into the glass room, clearing his throat and putting the headphones back on, stepping towards the mic and turning on the recording to the next background for his cover of "iris" by the goo goo dolls. singing along into the mic so that his voice appeared in the room with him, and outside of it, without him knowing. he hadn't turned the part off of the board where the whole studio could hear.
