With a final wave, Michele turned and headed out the store. She headed towards Macy's; she had heard they had a buy-2-get-1-free sale on women's shirts.

Ixchel waved back, watching her disappear around the corner. "Oh, I can stay longer. Michele likes animals, but she can't stand the smell of their poop, haha. I say its worth it to have a little companion."

"If you would like to pay you may." I said with a smile. I wondered what movie we were going to see. "What movie are we gonna see?" I asked curiously.

I walked out of my house and wondered about Ever. 'Dead yet (;?' I sent to her and smirked at just how hilarious I am. I started walking to town where maybe I could possibly run into somebody.
Memphis
I snuck out of the pet store quickly and left the mall. It wasn't as fun as I'd expected. I started walking into town. I wondered where Payton was. The guy probably got himself into trouble.
Payton
(I forgot what they were doing so umm ya) I heard Ever's phone ring and took it from her. "Dante wants you." I said with a smirk as I read the text message before tossing her back her phone. I got up and turned on my radio where Oh Cecilia by The Vamps was playing. "Cecilia! You're breaking my heart! You're shaking my confidence-" I started singing but couldn't help but burst out laughing. "Would a serial killer listen to The Vamps? I don't think so. You can trust me." I said and smirked at Ever.
Briar
I made my way to town and quickly saw Dante. "Yes! Finally a living person!" I said as I walked over to Dante. We both went into a small cafe. It was small and cozy feeling. We sat at a both and looked around at the new surroundings.

Cameron appreciated the change of conversation. Instead of thinking how nice this boy's hair was, he instead thought of hot drinks with whipped cream on top. "I really like the mocha caramel latte. I guess you can say I love sweeter side of coffee. The first time I had a sip of coffee, it was my dad's cup, and he likes it black. It was awful, and I swore I'd never drink another drop of coffee, but here I am." He smiled slightly at the memory.

Kelsey shook his hand; a bit surprised by the warmth of his welcome. The only other times she got greeted like that was when she went to a Quigley family gathering, which happened once every year, during the holidays. There was eggnog, gift giving and plenty of catching up since the last time they all met. But mostly she was bored since she was an only child, and was the only one her age. There were younger kids, 5 and 6 years old, and older ones, 20 and 22, but no one she could really connect to. The little ones just wanted to play games like hide and seek, while the older bunch talked about boring things like bills and jobs. So what did Kelsey do? Nothing. Just sat in a couch and read a book or played video games on the TV downstairs. Fun.

So Kelsey was happy to have someone in her new town who she looked like she could be friends with. On the long trip here, she had often worried she wouldn't get along with the people, or that they would simply ignore her. She didn't make much of a presence, after all. She was short and had a small voice. Her most noticeable feature was her hair. That was one reason why she chose a highlighter color. It was eye-catching.

Kelsey looked down, so he would see the stupid little happy grin she was wearing. "Yep, I'm the newbie in town, the one and only Kelsey Quigley." She lifted her slightly so she could look at him. "It's nice to meet you, Austin. I think I'm going to East High after winter break. Mom still has to fill out the paperwork. I think I saw it on the way here, actually. Mom pointed out a school with a flag in front."

Aeris leaned over and got a drink from the water fountain. She had spent the last couple of hours skating with Dezerae, and now she was a little tired. Her body, that is. Aeris' mind was always going a million miles a minute. If it weren't for such limitations, she would be skating until it got dark out. At that point it became dangerous because you couldn't really see stuff you were jumping on and over. Aeris straightened up, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand. Carrying the skateboard, she walked out of the skate park and back onto the main road. Soon she came upon the mall, but passed it as she didn't bring much money with her, just enough to get a bite to eat, and maybe a drink. She had nowhere in particular she wanted to stop by, just looking for a deli or something. After waiting at a light and crossing the street, she noticed a boy walking down the block (Memphis). Wow, he was cute. Aeris shamelessly checked him out, figuring she was far enough away that he wouldn't notice.

Austin nodded. "With the big lawn out front, right? Yeah, that's the one. You must have seen it when nobody was there. When class is in session, you should see how it fills up!" Austin didn't mention how all the noise and activity caused his colors to go haywire, and gave him frequent headaches. He would always wait until the halls were mostly empty before running to his next class. The lunch room was especially bad. People found it necessary to SHOUT when they were with their friends. And with each shout being a color, as well as all the voices around him, it was easy to drown in all the coils and swirls and dots and stripes and zigzags and circles and squares and rectangles in blue and red and yellow and green and everything in between. It was so bad, he decided to avoid the problem altogether: he brought lunch from home and ate it in class. When it was lunch time, he went to the library where it was nice, quiet and calm. Not to mention full of books! Austin loved to read, his favorite genres were adventure and mystery.

"Oh, is it?" Caleb grinned. It was amazing, just being around Hunter released his inhibitions. He felt like he could be himself and not have lock up his true self to avoid making others judge him--and he had a strong feeling Hunter wouldn't judge him. He wasn't like all those straight boys (well for one he wasn't straight), and neither was Caleb. Caleb thought for a moment then decided to drop another big hint. "Man, I've forgotten what kissing even FEELS like," he said, looking dramatically in the distance. Then he looked slyly at Hunter, "maybe you could remind me?"

"Hey, don't worry about it," Oskar said, referring to her 'awkwardness', "it's cute." He found it adorable the way her cheeks became a rosy color. And her smile, it lit up her eyes. It had been a long time since anyone had looked at him like that. Most people would write him off as teenage trash since he was a failure at school. It wasn't that he wasn't smart, he was just so lazy. Next semester he would have to do better, or risk taking senior year AGAIN. A super-super-senior? That didn't sound good. At all. He should be in college already. But then again he had no idea what he would major in. Honestly, he just wanted to be in a band. Live life on the road, and play five shows a night. Live wild, young and free.

Tristyn pictured that and bust out laughing. She could only imagine the look on those people's faces! "That's hilarious! They must have been so surprised." Tristyn looked up at the names of the food places. Hmm, there was McDonalds', Pizza Hut, Burger King... Tristyn was so busy reading that she didn't see Jezebelle's hand move until she felt their hands intertwine. She blushed instantly, but didn't move her hand. Instead she held her hand, too. Jezebelle's hand was so soft and fit perfectly with hers. She felt like could hold it forever.
