"Oh, you must be the new neighbor! Welcome to the neighborhood!" Austin said cheerfully. "Austin Anderson, at your service!" He extended his hand for a handshake. "You'll like it here, there's a lot of awesome people who go to East Wood High." He stopped a moment. "You're going to East Wood, right? It's the high school in this area. Not too far from the mall, actually. It's big, you can't miss it. I would be there but, it's y'know, winter break." He smiled at her. Gosh, she was so cute. And her sweet baby blanket blue voice, it was hypnotizing.

"Wow, that sucks. You deserve better than that." Caleb hadn't used his flirting skills in ages, due to not having anyone he liked and wanted to possibly date. To be honest, he was a bit shy. He preferred to let people come to him, instead of him approaching them. He was just afraid of rejection. One of his worst fears was to be turned down in front of a lot of people. It would be humiliating. But they were pretty much alone, except for a few people on the other side of the block, headed the other way, and he seemed to be interested. So why not?

"Don't worry I knew you would eventually" he said smiling at Cameron. He glanced at his eyes and his head continued to bother him about why he found him so attractive. He shook his head to shake the thought away and decided to strike up a conversation to distract himself. "Ummm favorite starbucks drink?" he asked awkwardly and he heard how strange and random it sounded, but it was too late now; the question had already been asked.

"Okay" she said shyly the blush quickly returning to her cheeks. "I mean you are welcome to um come inside if you um want" she said trying to not sound awkward but failing miserably. "Sorry i'm awkward" she said looking down at her feet. For some reason she knew he wouldn't mind. Something about him was different and for once she wasn't afraid. After realizing this she glanced up at him and smiled a bit.
