I watched as he left and looked down at Mickey who looked innocently back at me. "That's okay." I mumbled and picked him up and went back to my house. Before I got inside I smirked at Mickey. "I don't need him! I don't need anybody!" I yelled so Tanner could hear me and then went in my home and slammed the door.

I closed the door and leaned on it. I then slid down so I was sitting and started crying. "Why must everything be like this?" I asked Quess. She didn't answer. I was quite glad since she was a dog and that would be scary. I got Tanner's message and ran a hand through my hair. 'Can we still be..friends?' I sent him and locked the door to my house. "I don't want burgulars coming in." I stated to my two dogs. Mickey looked at me and tilted his head. "You couldn't attack a robber if your life depended on it." I said and pet the dog. "Look, I'm talking to you. This is sad. Talking to something that can't even talk back, might as well go talk to the wall." I muttered sadly.
