Jennifer heard a guard and walked over, but looked to the side and saw her sister trip and fall backwards. She just stood there and looked back from Ice to Brix then back to Ice.

Brix shuffled back with tears in her eyes, until she bumped into the wall.

Why did he have the worst luck in timing?! He stood there rigidly, watching Jennifer, then Brix. Why was she crying? Wimp, he hadn't even touched her.

Jennifer walked over, picked Brix up, and set her in the hallway. She walked back to Ice silently and hit him in the face. "Nobody. Hurts. My. Sister."

His head whipped to the side from the force of it and he snarled, vision clouding over red as he tried to restrain from hitting back. "I didn't. Hurt. Her." He said through gritted teeth. "I didn't. Even. Touch her!" He added, hands clenching into fists angrily.

Instantly his features lit up and he turned to her with a smile, hopping off the bed. "When, come back I knew." He said seriously, nodding.

"I wasn't talking about physically hurting her!" Jennifer glared at him, and clenched her fists. "Hurt me all you want, but if you ever even hurt my sister mentally, I will kill you!"

(I was accepted! However she says there's something about Michael's age that's bugging her. He was arrested when he was 19, and he's now 24. He's been imprisoned for 5 years now. Is there something wrong with that? o: )

Michael sat on his bed in his cell, gaze down on the ground. He leaned back against the wall, tilting his head up slightly and closing his eyes. He heaved a quiet sigh as he listened to other cellmates sharing conversations, some with women. At first, he pondered if he would get someone from the project he'd heard people discuss. But after considering what he'd done, he figured he wouldn't be getting one. He drew his knees to his chest and rested his chin on them, turning his gaze to the cell door when he heard shouting. He perked slightly, leaning his body to try and see what the excitement was about.
