He growled and pushed her hand away again. "That ones nothing." He said darkly. "It's from falling off a roof, I landed on a piece of metal and cracked a rib." He explained, remembering his ribs that were bruised up already at the moment.

He grit his teeth. "Yeah...I did." He said and turned around, pulling his shirt off over his shoulders. All down his back were deep lash marks and burns. "They never helped me though." He said bitterly.

He flexed his shoulders back, cross crossing scars red against his tattoos. "Are they? I wouldn't know." He shrugged and turned back to her, hesitantly sliding his shirt back on, though he felt more exposed then normal, people usually didn't see his scars.

Brix clapped her hands and smiled. "I know! Since you haven't had a good family, you can be in our family!" She flashed a toothy smile and waited for him to respond.

He frowned. "Uh...what?" He asked, confused, had he missed something? Did she not realize he didn't even have an assigned parole yet, so for now he wasn't getting out for the rest of his life? That and the fact he'd heartlessly stole people's lives...
