Music - it's what all of you are so passionate about. You seem to live, breathe, and eat it, as it is pretty much your entire life. Your dream? To become a famous musician and tour the world. But you know you can't do it alone - and, for the most part, most of you don't want to. Currently, you're just a teen between the ages of 17 - 19 years of age, just living a normal life in Anaheim, California, just wishing that dream would become a reality. And so, you have met a few people - some on the street, some at school, and others...well, let's just say, you've known each other as long as you can remember. You're all best friends, and you know you'll be there for each other until the end. In addition, you all have something in common - your deep, passionate love for music. You've decided to form a band with these people, and some even dropped out of school so they can focus on music completely. You'll be posting your music on YouTube videos, trying to get some gigs, and so on. But how much are you willing to risk in order to make it? Will drama with your bandmates, stress, and other factors tear you apart? Will you find a lover? Will your friends become enemies later on? And the big question, of course...
...Will your band make it to the top of the charts?

-CS rules apply, obviously.
-Due to limited spots two characters maximum - 1 boy, 1 girl. This is subject to change, based upon how quickly slots get filled.
-I'd prefer if "things" didn't happen, but if they do, please use "fades to black" or "time skip."
-No cussing. Period (things like crap, freaking, etc., are okay. But we all know that CS rules prohibit cursing, due to the fact that there are children on this site).
-Characters don't have to be limited to only knowing one instrument or singing - they can know how to sing and/or play other instruments to fill in for bandmates, if need be. :3 Not too many, though!
-Be nice, don't exclude anyone, and if someone needs a recap, please give them one.
-No god-modding/powerplaying.
-No Mary Sues/Gary Stus.
-Don't date your own characters.
-Romance and drama are allowed, and strongly encouraged - but make sure they follow the CS rules, please c:
-Speaking of romance, no gay characters, please. I have nothing against it, it just throws off the girl:boy ratio for this RP (given that every character ends up in a relationship).
-Nothing too graphic, please (again, children's site)!
-Please be active if you join, let me know if you will be absent for some reason - if you're inactive for a week without notice, you'll have to be kicked out so that someone else may join. However, if, for some reason, you couldn't let me know and were absent for a while, I will let you back in (given that the spot isn't already taken by someone else).
-Reservations last 24 hours, unless you need more time for a good, legitimate reason.
-If you want to be a mini-mod, PM me. I'll accept one or two. c:
-I'll provide a form. But, if you would rather use your own, go ahead, it's up to you. Just be sure to include the basics, at least, as well as what role your character will play. Make them descriptive, please (this is what will show me that you meet the requirements for literacy)! No RP it outs in your form, please. Also, feel free to change the color coding, if you do so wish to. c:
-Post a picture - no anime/drawings!
-Please use something like (), --, [], {}, etc. for OOC.
-Use proper grammar and spelling - and a little bit of text talk is allowed in ooc (as long as people can actually understand what you're saying), or if your characters are texting someone - otherwise, please try to avoid it.
-Please try to write at least 4 or 5 sentences minimum (but the more, the better! ^.^). I understand WB can plague us, at times, and that's fine - but don't make 1-liners in practically every post, please! "She laughed," or "He sighed," aren't sentences.
-PM me reservations, please!
-All the characters will start out as friends. What happens as the RP progresses is up to you, but they are all friends and know each other, to begin with. This also means that you should be interacting with more than just your character's crush/boyfriend/girlfriend. After all, this is a band RP, not just strictly romance.

~The Interior~

Personality: "Well, uh. Meet me, and you'll find out pretty quick, aha." Luke is, at first, at bit shy and pretty awkward, socially. He's not much of a talker, as he's generally more of a listener - except for when he's vlogging, of course, but he's usually alone and pretty comfortable when he's doing that, so he is able to talk quite a bit more. When you get to know him, however, he is fun, silly, and pretty much always seems to be happy and in a good mood. Sometimes, he's still a bit awkward, and can be rather dorky, but usually, he's not as much so when he's comfortable around you. In addition, he also becomes quite a bit more talkative when he's comfortable around certain people. He may look a tad bit intimidating with his height and whatnot, but he's actually a very friendly, cuddly guy that just likes making people smile. He's extremely loyal, a well as protective of people he loves and cares about. He's clever and sometimes can be witty, but usually, he doesn't think he's that humorous.
History: "I was born in Sydney, Australia, and basically grew up there. Life there was pretty nice, I had a lot of friends, and everything just seemed to go well. Not that my life has been perfect, because really, who does have a completely perfect life? Anyway, I was bullied a bit in middle school, which wasn't exactly pleasant. When I was fourteen, I became a YouTuber - well, sort of? I would post things like vlogs and covers of songs on my channel. I never really expected to gain any popularity, and really, it hasn't gathered much attention, thus far, honestly. But now that I'm in this band, we're going to be posting stuff on that channel, as well as whomever else in the band has a channel. Anyway, my parents and I moved to Anaheim, California, when I was almost eleven years of age. And, well, yeah...since then, I've pretty much just been living life. It's pretty cool. And, well, yeah, here I am, now...so...that's pretty much it, currently, I guess."
Likes: "Well, I like a lot of things, I guess - a few of those things would be vlogging, listening to music, singing, playing guitar, skateboarding, snowboarding...things like that. Oh, yeah, writing new songs is also really fun - I love it."
Dislikes: "I definitely don't like bullies and liars. They annoy me beyond belief. I guess I'm not that big a fan of sushi, either."

Personality: "Well, I'm just me. Hahaha." Chrissie is very chill and easygoing. She has a pretty fun, carefree attitude - not to say that she doesn't know when it's time to be serious, because she definitely can be when she wants to - she just prefers to live by the old saying, "Hakunah Matata." She's very kind, caring, funny, loyal as a puppy, and genuine. She's also a pretty confident person, and doesn't really care about what most people think of her. The only time she's insecure is when it's someone important to her, but other than that, she knows exactly who she is and who she isn't, and won't let others convince her otherwise. She isn't the stereotypical "nerdy girl" you'd usually meet, aside from the fact that she can be shy, certain things that interest her, and her straight A's on report cards. She definitely doesn't dress like one would expect her to, or obsess over math problems, and she's definitely not a dull stick in the mud. She is, however, the type of girl that will stay in and study, or read a book, rather than do things that teens view as fun. She's definitely a good girl that works hard, gets good grades, and usually stays out of trouble (though this is debatable since she does have a tendency to get into quite a bit of trouble from time to time). She can also be quite klutzy and a bit of a worry wart - in addition, sometimes she can have a temper. She can be quite girly, but also has a tomboyish side to her, and doesn't mind playing video games and things like that - in fact, she thoroughly enjoys it.
History: "Nothing worth explaining, but if you really want to know, here goes nothing. I was born, as previously stated, on March 12, 1996, in New Jersey - Marlton, to be exact. No, I don't have that New Jersey accent, before you ask, haha. And I definitely don't act like the people on Jersey Shore, or whatever...I'm promise, I'm cool, haha. But I'm getting way off topic. Anyway! I grew up there, but just recently moved to Anaheim, California. I haven't really had a lot of interesting things happen to me...my life has been pretty normal, I guess. My parents are still married, the usual. About the most interesting thing that has happened in my life? Well, I run a YouTube channel where I post covers of songs...and, from time to time, a few original songs I have written, but not often. It's not that popular - I mean, it is a little, but not nearly enough to be considered even internet famous. I'm hoping that someday it will be - I mean, being a musician is my biggest dream, and I think getting a chance like that would be amazing! Ah, Lydia, the typical
seventeen year old
who everyone seems
to think of as a dimwit,
and I don't blame them.
But before we get into
the deep stuff, let's
keep it simple. Lydia, like
I said, is seventeen years
of age. She was born in
the province of Malaga, right
in the centre. Only when
the girl was seven did they
move away from Spain, to
England. And those small
details are about the first
anyone ever knows about Lydia,
but she is more than willing
to talk about anything.



Right then, onto what I
mentioned above. Lydia
is just your everyday girl
with a quick wit and stubborn
attitude, and that is a sure
way to get her into trouble.
She always has a smile glued
to her face, even though half
of her face is covered by her
hair. Being the witty girl she
is, Lydia is good at getting
people to laugh, but isn't always
in the mood for it. She is also
fairly defiant, and won't hesitate
to break a rule or two, since
she believes they aren't really
rules, more or less just guidelines
in life. On another note, she gets
distracted easily, so it wouldn't
be surprising if she suddenly dashed
off because she saw something that
interested her. Well, not surprising
for those who know her, anyway.
As I mentioned in the 'basics'
section of her form, Lydia has
slight dyslexia, that being the
reason as to why she gets
distracted so easily, and how
she forgets most things.

Alistair is wonderful with a violin, and does a little singing. However, most find the accent unattractive.

Alistair is attracted to others who need her assistance. She seem to go out of her way to form relationships with those who are weak, sick, injured, addicted or troubled in some way or other. At her best she can indeed provide the relief that others need. But at times she can be victimized by those who would prey on her good nature and take advantage of her. This can lead to all sorts of negative situations.
Basically quite conservative, she respect traditional authority figures and is very thankful and supportive of the laws and institutions which govern her life. She learns and accepts new ideas only after having very thoroughly examined them. Ideals and abstract concepts are important to her only if they can be used in some practical fashion. She is so practical and so orderly that she has natural skills in planning, administrating and organizing.
