Cole snickered and shrugged. "It was on my turf." He said, then frowned. "Well uh, our, turf, I guess that's what it is." He said with a slightly confused smile. He tossed the football up and down while looking up at the smudge. It was a rather satisfying sight, almost like a trophy for him, so he decided to keep it there. He watched the screen of her tablet as she set up the movie,

Belle chuckled and looked up at the smacked dead thing.Not beautiful.Not at all.She huffed and started the movie,knowing the little thing won't stay there forever,even if she had to take a crane to reach and clean it."Go ahead and watch it,i will take some more popcorn." she said and jumped off the bed ,heading to the kitchen.

Cole nodded and picked up the tablet, hesitantly climbing onto the bed and scooting over, watching the movie. Well this was going to be awkward. He winced internally, he'd avoided this at all costs before, even to the point of sleeping on the floor. He sighed. "Can we watch it on the floor?" He called after her. He always watched movies on the floor, it was comfier that way.

Gwen sighed. She pulled her food over and finished eating, giving him a chance to think or whatever. She was not sure what just really happened, she t first she had thought it was progress, but now Gwen wasn't so sure that it had helped.

Belle took some more popcorn,from the one Cole made.Ehh,it surely wasn't going to be a good thing to eat popcorn in the way he made it..it was looking kinda strange.Putting it into a deep plate she returned to him and tilted her head when he suggested to watch the movie on floor. "Sure.." she agreed quietly and sat down on the ground.

He stared at Muroh for awhile, thinking. "Is that a hug." He asked softly, directing towards Gwen though his gaze stayed locked on the sloth. It had made him think of every time Muroh had wrapped his log arms around his waist,mperticularly when he was sad or upset.

Cole mentally sighed with relief and grinned as she entered with the popcorn. He hopped off the bed and got on the floor, on his stomach, sliding the tablet to her and then grabbing a large handful of popcorn. He shoved it into his mouth and got comfortable, ready for the movie to start.

Starled, Gwen looked at him. "Um. Yeah. That was a hug." She tilted her head and it hit her like a bag of bricks. He had never even been hugged before, what kind of jerks treated a child that way. She was starting to wonder if the only contact he had, was Muroh.

Bell carefully laid down on her belly and glanced at him when he took a handful of popcorn.That person was always hungry,and she had the feel he will never reject food.Ah well.She made a few moves before taking a comfortable for her possition and watched as the movie started.Robocop..good thing it's not a romantic one.

Cole grabbed another large handful and chewed it as quietly as he could, so he wouldn't block out the sound of the movie. He put his chin on his hands and watched eagerly, this movie was really cool. The chase scenes reminded him of playing cops and robbers with his buddies, when he was younger.

Her guess was right, until four years ago he'd felt nothing but the floor of an empty room and the lash of harsh words throughout the day just for being alive, a mistake. Then he'd found Muroh abandoned outside an exotic pet store, the runt, and he'd just had to have him. It was hard hiding him from his dad but so far it'd worked. He gave a little nod as she answered his question and got up, clutching Muroh to his chest. "I'm going upstairs." He said, flinching slightly because he'd just said he awas but didn't know if she'd let him. He stopped at the door and waited, for something, anything that would remind him that the world was cruel and she'd be just like it despite that hug that had warmed him to the bone.
