Jayce smiled at her enthusiasm, slipping a harness over Tennant's shoulders and fastening it across the dog's chest. He transferred the long lead to the harness and gripped it firmly. "Ready to go?" he asked, holding the door open like a gentleman. Tennant surged forward, the end of the leash snapping tight. Dancing with impatience, the young Australian Shepherd tried to escape from his master's firm hold.

So Jackson and Whisper decided to stay with their mum. When Whisper was thirteen she got very sick, meaning she was to weak to move, couldn't speak and was running a temperature. Her mother took her to the hospital where a day later Whisper's world had changed. She had lost her hearing meaning she was profoundly deaf. Over the next year Whisper and her family had to learn sign language. And although she's deaf Whisper can talk normally and also lip read when she concentrates.

She jumped up quickly hopping over one row recieving a glare than laughed heading towards the door making sure Ryder was behind her.

Grace Hawthorne

Grace somehow had managed to find her way to the office, make it through an interview with a teacher about which dorm she was staying in without stammering too much, and finally Grace had found her way to her dorm where she could collect her composture. Her parents helped her to unload her things, but soon, they were gone too. When the door closed behind them, she found herself fighting against tears. Exasperated, Grace shook her head and began to unpack, to make the bare dorm seem like home. No, not home. Definitely not home. She fought against the lump that was welling in her throat and instead concentrated on the task of setting up the birdcage for her cockatiel, April. The white bird sat, perched on her shoulder, cackling nonsense about food, the first word she had learned.
