"Why don't you go and take Mishka for a walk? If you are bored," Lydia's mum asked her, "Yes, and if you do, steer clear of boys," Her dad murmured in his wise, all-knowing way. Lydia rolled her eyes, then turned to look at Mishka, her beautiful husky dog. She perked up her ears and padded up to Lydia, licking her hand, "Alright, come on Mishka," Lydia laughed quietly, grasping her lead and clipping it onto her collar, she opened the front door, the rain was just about stopped, she walked down the path and opened the gate. She decided to take Mishka to the park, "I wish he wasn't so strict..." Lydia murmured, patting Mishka's head as they walked down the street. Holding the leash loosely in her hand, a sudden pull... "Mishka!" She yelled as she ran off, over the road, Lydia ran after her, calling her name again, she was running towards the park, "Mishka!" She repeated.
