Vivian spun around as she heard footsteps echoing through the hall. Another person? she thought. Well, if I'm going to be late, I might as well be late with someone else. Another girl was coming towards her, frowning.
Okay, Vivian, she told herself. Talking. You can do this.
"You're late too, huh?" she said in what she hoped was a conversational tone.

Star slowed down a bit, nearing another girl. She titled her head downward, so she was looking at the floor. "Huh- Oh..Yeah." Star mumbled, taken back a little as the girl seemed to try to stir up a conversation. Star never really talked to anyone, not on the first day, at least. But she welcomed it.

Dylan nodded with his lips curved upwards into a smile. "Yeah," he started softly. "But, it will be worth it. My mom will be happy, she's been shipping us for a long time," he chuckled, leaving out his father. His family had no idea where his father was after the divorce.

The girl nodded and smiled softly. She bit her lip and then sighed softly. "Alright." She said as she looked over to Dylan.

Elizabeth looked at August with a small smile and said "Don't worry about it. My cousins normally listen to what I say. Even though I am only fifteen." She looked at him with light eyes and then to her cousins whom were watching the two. She moved over to the mustang and blinked lightly.

Holden looked at the others and nodded. Telling them what to do, he took a pup in his arms and looked down to it. "Get the other one." He said as he passed the little pup to one of the younger members. He then looked at the mother and sighed. "Get the pups to the conservation now. I have to take care of the mother here." He said as he bit his lip lightly. He then looked at the others and shook his head.

Anna watchd as they handled the pups. Her face became sad as she realized the pups werent going to have a mother. Like herself. Anna sighed, "What's going to happen to them?" she asked the young man helping with the mother. She looked away a second, the sight too unbearable. She turned back to the young man, keeping her eyes away from the poor dolphin.

Holden jumped slightly and turned to look at where the voice came from. He looked at a pretty young girl and he sighed. "I am sorry miss, but I am not supposed to tell civilian's where the conversation takes the bodies of dead sea life. I know it doesn't seem right, but with all due respect, it is apart of my job. But if you would like to see the pups in the next few days, just ask for Holden. I'll show you around. Just make sure you go to the conservation. Anyway, I must get this dolphin's body off the beach before more civilian's come around." He said, his Australian accent showing through when he spoke. Bending down to get the Dolphin's body, he lifted it over his shoulder quickly. It was heavy, but he didn't mind. Walking off, Holden sighed softly and walked down the beach silently.
