Danielle - I nearly tripped over a bottle laying on the ground, causing me to open my eyes in surprise. I glanced down at the bottle, then back up to see a familiar face - my ex, Matthew. "Oh...not him..." I growled quietly. I quickly spun on my heels and walked in the opposite direction, covering my face and looking down. I hoped he hadn't seen me - I didn't feel like putting up with that jerk, at the moment. I angrily grumbled something under my breath as I thought about the day we broke up. I quickly glanced back to see him walk onto another street...quite possibly, if I remembered correctly, the same street that a girl he cheated on me with lived. I sighed, shaking my head, right before I accidentally ran into the guy. I jumped, slightly startled, as I looked up at him.

"I was thinking a white shirt. I promise that it will not be flashy. My wardrobe is filled with random t-shirts and jeans. None that I would call flashy." He said and looked at her. "Well that is okay. To some I can be a jerk to. Just not you." He said looking at her. "I do not want to be one to you." He said and looked back at the sky. A girl walked over to him. She started yelling at him for not calling her back. He sighed. "Look I told you that I would probably not and you did not believe me." He said bluntly after sitting up. She rolled her eyes. She told Hannah to watch out when it comes to Koli. Koli laughed as she stormed away. "My point." He said and laid back down.

Hannah nodded " okay sounds good, just, please don't wear a snap back was my only condition " she laughed looking at koli, listening to him talk she got a bit of a blush " well, shucks, now you make me feel all special like " She said before quietly adding " thanks... " and turning back to look at the stars sooner or later some blonde chick walked up to them, yelling at koli and then leaving, telling her to watch out " who was she? And what does she mean by watch out? " Hannah asked raising an eyebrow and trying not to be bothered by it

Koli smiled and looked at her. "Awe man! I was going to wear the only one I own!" He said. He listened to her talk. "Well you are special and so you should feel special." He said looking at the sky. When she asked the next part he was not really sure how to answer the question. "Well she is a girl that I met at a party...her name is Sam...I think...or maybe that is her friend well anyway I am not really sure what she means. Maybe she does not think it is a good idea for you to be around me or it could be the fact we went on a date once... not really sure...she is a little crazy..."

Hannah laughed and ruffled Koli's hair " don't you dare, if you do so hep me i will shred that hat! " she joked before listening to him call her special, she blushed a bit, trying to hide it once again " thanks, that's really nice " she said looking at him but the pink of her cheeks then changed into red with the next thing he said " what!? Great now she thinks we're a thing! How could you do that to her, and you don't even remember her name! " Hannah exclaimed angrily standing up and continuing " is that why you talked to me!? So you could go on one date with me, forget my name and then tell your next ' one date stand ' that I'm crazy!!!??? " she yelled now people started to look at her like she was crazy but at this point she didn't care, she started to walk away, holding her head low so people didn't stare.

"No! That is not..." He started to say. He jumped up and ran over and jumped in front of her. He took her shoulders gently so that she could not move. "No listen to me. I never planned on doing that to you. I don't want to hurt you. And you are not crazy. I have dealt with crazy and you are not it. I talked to you because you seemed like a nice person. I am tired of all the games and all of that. I talked to you because I wanted to know more about you. I wanted to know that you love sushi and that you can only make lasagna. I wanted to know that you wanted to be a model but you are not able to due to your height. I wanted to know that you love the colors black, silver and sky blue like the key holder on your coffee table. And there is so much more that I want to learn about you because I care about you." Koli said looking at her. He was being completely honest. "I could never forget you because you are one of the very few people that I actually feel different around." He said looking at her. "Everything is different and I do not want to mess this up because of things I did in the past." He watched her looking for any sign at all. Anything to give him a hint into what she was thinking.

Hannah felt a bit bad about trying to leave, she was just so used to being so careful with who she talked to that she kinda got scared that the one time her head told her to socialize, she was wrong. She looked deep into koli's eyes trying to see if he was being honest and he seemed to be so she trusted her head completely this time and hugged him " I'm sorry. I-I just... Got scared, I've know so many people that have screwed me over and I just really didn't want you to be one of them, cause you make me feel special and cause you care like you do. And I know I shouldn't care what you did in the past just trust me, I'm going to forget it, I promise. From now on I'm just going to trust you, with blind trust. I'm sorry... " Hannah whispered while she hugged him being totally truthful and trying not to think so hard about things anymore, " I feel different around you too " she finished closing her eyes, still hugging him, ignoring that even more people were looking at them now than before.

"Thank you." Koli said and hugged her back. "I understand that you are scared about getting close to anyone. Honestly that explains most of the things I have done in the past." He said and sighed. "I am not going to hurt you." He said and kept hugging her. He did not like all of the people staring at them but there was really nothing he could do about it. "It's okay. I understand where you were coming from. And I am glad to get your trust. And you have mine." He said. "But I would really like to get out of the park right now because of all of the staring." He said and looked at her. "It is pretty weird to have this many people looking at us and I do not think I like it." He said.

Hannah smiled " I know you won't. " Hannah replied to when he said he would never hurt her she then looked around at all the people shrugging it off " what, is wittle kowi shy? " she asked, lisping her 'l's. realizing she was still hugging him and let go blushing " sorry... " She said kinda embarrassed that her hug lasted so long before agreeing " okay, lets go, it is kinda weird " she whispered tilting her head to the side, looking at him and smiling.

Koli smiled at her. "I am glad that you know that." He said looking at her. He listened to her next part. "Haha. I am not so much shy as much as this is just extremely weird getting stared at by complete strangers." He said and let go of her when she let go of him. He smiled and started to walk. He looked at her as he walked out of the park. "Where should we go next?" He asked as he thought of things they could do.
