I gasped in shock at the beauty I saw before me. "I think...that I have never felt more like a princess in all of my life!" It truly was breath-taking, and that was exactly what it had done to Raya. "I'm sure they did, mother sent me a message saying that Mushu had already found a room for himself somewhere in there...perhaps I could meet Midnight if she's there?" When the car stopped, I didn't even wait for the driver to open my door. I jumped right out and pulled Griffin after me by his shirt collar. "C'mon! Let's go and explore!" I ran over the bridge, looking back a few times to make sure he was following. When I reached the castle doors I knocked twice and waited for my new life to begin; one with Griffin and a place of our own.

Griffin laughed as he ran behind her. Taking a breath as they stopped at the front door. Rayala knocked twice and the door swung open and the butler held the door open. "Welcome home. I am you butler and this is your staff." The butler said bowing and then pointing towards the people lined up by the stairs. Griffin smiled and waved and looked over at Rayala. "It's nice to meet you all." They all bowed and he smiled. "Should we ask for a tour?" He whispered in Rayala's ear.

I curtsied at all of the staff and then looked back at Griffin, whom had asked me a question in hushed tones.

Grinning, I shook my head. "Absolutely not, I want to see everything through my own eyes, in my own time...not just the way someone else explains it to me, you know? Let's go!" I began to walk up the large spiral staircase that led upstairs, I wanted to see the view first. "Are you coming?"

Griffin laughed and thanked them all before following Rayala up the stairs. "Which way do you want to go?" He asked looking around. Their parents had clearly out done themselves. The place looked amazing, the art scattered around the place was so beautiful. "It might take us a while to get everywhere in this house."

"Anywhere, anywhere at all!" I laughed and spun in a circle, my satin dress swishing around my legs. "I love it all already! Oh, I could just-" I stopped myself mid-sentence, so excited and overwhelmed that I couldn't help myself. I planted a kiss on Griffin's cheek and the blushed. "Sorry, I know it's probably too soon. I'm just so excited, I feel like I'm dreaming."

Griffin laughed and blushed. He then took her hand leading her into the nearest room on the right. It turned out to be a bed room. It had a massive bed and a beautiful view. He walked in further and noticed a note on the bed."Look, our parents left a note here." He picked it and smelled his moms perfume along with another perfume. He handed it over to Rayala. "You want to read it?" He smiled the redness still slightly pleasant on his cheeks.

I nodded and then read the note aloud. "Dear Rayala and Griffin, we are all so proud to be the parents of two such fine young adults, and are delighted that we were able to pair you two with one another. We look foreward to seeing you at the welcoming ball soon! Love, each of your parents." Raya thought for a moment. "Welcoming ball? We have to throw a welcoming ball? When were they planning on telling us...and when do you think we'll have to hold it?" I asked Griffin curiously.

Griffin shrugged. "Probably pretty soon if they left a note." Griffin sighed and looked over at her. "What is a welcoming ball anyway? Who are we welcoming?" He asked sitting on the edge of the bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. "Should we go check out the next room?"

"A welcoming ball is where people we know, like friends and family, will come to the ball and pile tons of gifts at our feet that they think we'll enjoy." I laughed. "You'd be surprised how many of the gifts we returned at my sisters Welcoming Ball. Everyone has one when they first get matched and moved to their new homes."

Griffin laughed. "Oh! See I'm the oldest in my family so this is all new to me." He smiled. "Hopefully we don't have to return too many gifts." He walked over to the door and held it open for her and bowed. "M'lady, the rest of our house awaits us." He smiled happy that they got along so well.
