Laila
Laila heard her alarm clock go off upstairs. She was already up and dressed, excited about the first day of school. She ran upstairs and turned it off. She went back downstairs and put Queenie's leash on. "I bet your excited too, eh Queenie?" She barked and Laila took that as a yes. "Lets go then." She walked out of her mansion, not forgetting to lock the door behind her. She got into her pink convertible Mercedes and drove to school, listening to music at on the highest volume. She parked the car in the school car park and got out. She walked into the building and straight to her new locker. She stuck some cute stickers on it so everybody else knew it was hers. After she put all her books in she looked around for some decent company, preferably a jock.

Josh
Josh ate up his breakfast and ran out the door to school, even though he hated school he was always excited on the first day, but remembering that he was new to the school slowed him down and he felt a bit nervous. He walked into school with his head down. He was a jock in his old school. It gave him more confidence when a few of the popular girls stared at him in awe. It seemed like he would be popular once again. He put his books in his locker and looked around for maybe a cheerleader or a popular to flirt with.

Travis//

a pen glided easily against paper, ink flowing from the tip in thin lines that spelled out words that spilled from travis's mind faster than he could write them. his wild hair was pushed back- the sleeves of the denim jacket he always wore pushed up to reveal the tattoos he had spent years saving up for- the tattoos he was 'not allowed to display' while inside school buildings. which was precisely why he was seated with his back against the brick wall, seemingly undisturbed by the stream of students flowing through the front door nearby. his pale pink lips formed silent words- whispering the lyrics to a song he would never sing gently under his breath as quickly as they were put onto paper.

Kenai//

kenai ran a hand through his hair, looking at himself in the mirror. a soft sigh escaped his pale pink lips- black peacoat, gray shirt, skinny jeans, black vans. two tired blueish gray eyes, which he covered with a new pair of aviators. he was ready to face his first day as a senor- it was just a matter of getting his little sister out of bed. with some effort, he was able to push her into the clunky old mustang just in time to not be late. while a jock, kenai had never really had much time to hang out with the other guys- he was always with ellie. this year, he was going to make her find friends, so that he could make his own. a metal door fell shut with a crash, a hand reached up to pluck a pair of aviators away from a face and slip them onto the neck of a shirt. kenai turned to face the school- the buzzing hallways and the too-bright halogen lights hanging from the ceiling. good to be back.

Samantha//

it was samantha's month to crash with her dad, even though travis refused to. this meant a stunning house- a big room and all the fancy little finishes that sammy so adored. she woke up with a soft sigh- a happy one. it was the first day of school, her first day of being a junior. she couldn't have been more antsy, excited if she tried. bare feet danced over the warm wood floor, a delicate hand pushed the switch that made the old halogen light bulbs flicker on over her mirror, and a bright smiling face met her. sammy spent her usual hour getting ready, before letting relic out into the yard and reluctantly agreeing to let her father drive her to school, because he didn't want her driving his car. typical. two makeup-rimmed hazel eyes gazed out the tinted window with anticipation, the jaguar barely gliding to a stop before her feet hit the pavement. samantha wasted no time shoving everything into her locker before turning to face her school- giddy with excitement and unsure where to start.

Elizabeth//

ellie was rolled out of best by her brother, letting a long sigh leave her lips as he hauled her out of the warm safety of her blanket and into the cool air. reluctantly, she trudged to the bathroom to dress herself for the first day of her new hell. black plugs, black vans, white beanie and jeans, red plaid button down- the usual. elizabeth's wardrobe had little variation, all baseball tees and button downs and skinny jeans, she had never had the self esteem to to anything but cover herself up. little makeup, as always- eyeliner, mascara, and then kenai was practically carrying her out the door as she desperately tried one last time to have him leave her home, away from the criticism. to no avail. rubber soles were silent against the linoleum floor, green eyes traced the poorly-installed tiles as ellie drug herself down the hallway of her new school, careful to avoid everyone- to make no eye contact. three textbooks were pulled out of a heavy black backpack and stuffed into a cold metal locker which in turn slammed such with a sharp clang. it was then, and only then, that ellie decided to remove her gaze from the floor and sneak peaks at her new classmates.

i sighed as I trudged to the nearest coffee shop, my panda hat in my hands. i walked into the shop and sighed happily when the smell of lattes and frappes hit my nose. "ahhhhhh," I said, walking up to the counter. I ordered a triple vanilla soy latte with extra whipped cream.

I sat on the school steps, waiting for school to start. my mom decided that i had to go to school early so that i wouldn't be late for the first day of school. Trust me mom, I won't be late...

Paige

Paige was well awake by the time any normal person would have woken up for school. She had been up since probably four in the morning, then went to her club soccer team's morning practice, came home, showered and got changed. With a sigh, Paige opened the door to her blue jeep wrangler, the doors off and the top off, then drove off to school. This year, her cousin, Kyle, would also be attending her school, and boy was he in for a change of scenery from his previous school in Ireland. With a slight chuckle, Paige pulled into the parking lot, looking over her outfit, her galaxy vans, light wash jean shorts, and a plaid, button up three quarter sleeve shirt, it would do for the day, even though she would rather be in her jersey. As they say, once a jock, always a jock, and this rule definitely applied to the only real female jock of the school, Paige.



Kyle

Kyle awoke, yawning as his alarm close blared, signaling it was time to get ready for his first day of school in America. He quickly showered and got dressed, putting on a dark blue short-sleeve shirt, gray skinny jeans and a pair of navy blue vans. Kyle wanted to look his best for his first day, especially since he was a new kid. After Kyle ate his breakfast and brushed his teeth, he headed out, opening his car door (a dark blue Camaro, can't you just tell what his favorite color is.....? Dark blue) and driving off to the school. Once Kyle got their he headed in, noticing how some of the girls were staring and ogling him and this other guy, which was strange (at least he thought it was) since he was new here.

Katie
Katie woke up to her phone alarm going off. She jumped up brushed her teeth and hair and put a cute dress on and went down stairs. Katie grabbed her bookbag and purse, out her phone in it and headed out the door. Katie got to her car and she noticed her brother wasn't up yet so she ran in the house amid woke him up then they left.

Austin
Austin woke up by his sister Katie waking him up. He looked at his alarm clock and for some reason it didn't go off. He jumped up got ready and grabbed his phone and bookbag and walked out with Katie to her car. They both got in Katie red nissan 350 Z and left for school.
