preference? i'm a bit confused with my lack of vocabulary [ not big on big / confusing words ] but just for the h*ll of it, i can get reese anywhere and i couldn't care less on who she talks to. ]]

Alta raised her eyebrows with a smile and laughed. "C'mon, lover boy," she grinned and started walking to one of the rides. She turned back to wait for him, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear as a cool breeze went by.

Alex stood behind Alice as she ordered, staring at his feet. He lifted his head up as she started talking to him, he nodded. Following her to a table for two nearby, he sat down and smiled at her. There was silence, it wasn't really that type of awkward silence, though.

Luke laughed, running to catch up to Alta as he put his phone back in his pocket. "Wait for me!" He said. Once the two were finally side-by-side, he shook out his hair and pushed it all to the right, how it originally was. "So what are we riding on?" He asked, looking around.

Alice ran up to the counter when the food was ready and brought back the goods: Two ham sandwiches, a lemonade, and an iced tea. "Here you go." She said, smiling as she pushed a sandwich toward Alex and set down his drink. Taking a sip of her tea, Alice watched as a woman with a great dane walked past the café. "So, do you have any pets?" She asked, unwrapping her sandwich.

Danielle - I shrugged, glancing over at Nate. "Well...I guess I'm going to find a seat," I said.

"Um," Alta said, examining all the rides nearby. She pointed to one. "That actually looks kinda fun," she grinned and gazed back at Luke, waiting to see what his opinion on it was.

Alex smiled and nodded as she got the food and pushed his meal towards him. His eyes followed a woman with a great dane as she walked past the cafe. He switched his gaze to her as she asked a question. He shook his head, he wish he had one, though. He mouthed "do you?"

"Can I sit with you?" Nate asked with a rather bright expression. He rather get to know her better than just walk out of Starbucks alone and do something...alone.

Luke craned his neck to look up at the large roller coaster that Alta had suggested. "Whoa." He said, following the track with his eyes. He turned to her with a sigh. "Alright, but I'm a bit scared, so you'll have to hold my hand." He said with a smirk. Luke placed his hand in hers, his rubber bracelets pressing against her wrist.

Alice nodded, smiling at Alex. "Yeah actually, I have a chihuahua named Marzia." She said, picking up her sandwich. She brought it to her lips and took a small bite, staring out the window. "Mmph!" She said, her cheeks full of food. Alice tapped on the glass in the direction of the carnival accross the street.

Danielle - "Um. I guess," I replied, shrugging a bit. I walked over to a small table with two chairs, then sat down. It seemed like a slow day, so far - aside from the incident with Cookie earlier, that is.

Alta had to admit that she was a bit scared, too. She blushed lightly when Luke held her hand. "Well, let's do this," she smiled and started towards the line.

Alex silently laughed as she took a bite and let out a sound that told that she was enjoying it. He lifted his drink of lemonade to his lips and took a sip, his gaze switching to where she was tapping on the glass window beside them. He realized she was pointing to the carnival across the street. He pointed it and put a questioning expression on his face.

"You're not much of a talker, are you?" Nate slightly smirked. He took a seat and drank a little of his coffee, staring at the window and waiting for her to respond.

Luke sighed as the minutes passed and the line got shorter and shorter. Finally, they reached the front. "Oh god." He said. He slid into the car, sitting on the left while Alta sat on the right. The attendant came by and pulled the safety bars over their shoulders before walking off to his station to start the roller coaster. Luke grabbed Alta's hand, squeezing it a little as he looked into her eyes. "This better not be like an episode of Final Destination." He said with a smile.

When Alice had finally swallowed her food, she pointed at the carnival again. "We should totally go!" She said, staring at the entrance. "I mean, if you're into carnivals and stuff. We don't even have to ride anything, we could just walk around and play games?" Alice laughed.

Danielle - I shook my head and sighed. "No, not really," I replied, looking at him with a blank expression. Partially, this was because I wasn't quite sure what I should talk about. Lately, I just hadn't gotten out much and socialized with others. Not that I usually did, however. I glanced out the window, as well, taking a drink of my frap.
