Her brother walked outside. He was very tough looking and everything since he had been in the arm. He looked at the boy with his sister and narrowed his eyes.

Emily took a deep breath.

I stand there, looking at the imposing figure.

Emily bit her lip. Her brother sighed." Hello..I'm Thomas..what's going on with you and my sister?" He said. He held out his hand.

Erick:

I extend my hand, meeting his. "Erick Wilson. She was just showing me around town, since I'm new to the area."

Thomas shook his hand and nodded." Is that all?" He asked crossing his arms again.

Erick:

"Yeah. She had cheer practice, I had football practice. After we were done, she told me she'd show me around and that's what she did."

Thomas nodded. He smiled." Well I'm Thomas and if you hurt her...well just don't hurt her." He said. He smiled picking his young son up.

Emily looked to the ground. That hurt a lot. She played with her hair and smiled at her nephew. She saw her sister in law and waved.

Thomas nodded. He smiled at his wife."are you guys anything more than friends?" He asked.
