I scoffed and laughed at her little joke "I bet" I replied while also grabbing a pancake and taking a bite. I walked around the kitchen not really having a destination, just walking around. Then I sat on the counter and I smiled to myself and shook my head looking at the ground

Emily nodded. She kissed his nose then pulled away grabbing her purse and going outside. She yawned and glanced around the neighborhood. She wondered where his dad was.

I said, "So uhm... where are we having our wedding? My parents never told me."

I looked at her "Hmm...Where do you want it to be?" I asked her. I wanted her to have a perfect wedding since you only get married once. I took another bite of my pancake

I smiled. "I want it in my grandma's backyard but my dad won't let me get married there. He wants me to get married in like a beach setting..." I hated that my parents wanted to control my life and wanted me to get married where they wanted me to and won't let me have a say in it.

I had a blank face on "They won't let you get married where you want?" I asked, having a serious face "I mean...they're forcing you into marrying me, they could at least let you get married where you want" I told her. I mean if she really wanted to get married in her grandmas back yard I could help her make it happen.

I shook my head and sighed. "Yeah i tried talking them into it, but they won't listen to my complaints..."

I got off the counter and crossed my arms,leaning on the counter "We could always postpone the wedding until they agree to have it in your grandmas backyard" I told her
