Ryder and Josh paired, moaning that they all had to slow dance. Near the end of the song, they had to dip. Ryder wasn't, so he had to dip Josh down.

Emily continued to laugh so hard. She took pictures of Ryder and josh then his her phone quickly. This was the best thing ever.

They all quickly released each other, grunting. The coach then brought more pizza and they all were happy again, eating pizza. "Drop and give me 20!" The coach laughed and they all moaned again, going down and doing 20 push-ups.

Emily smiled and sat on the porch watching laughing so hard. It was dang funny. She loved his coach right now. It was so funny.

"Now...run all the way down and back!" They all moaned and got up, running. Ryder of course was the first back "Coach I have a present" Ryder grinned as the coach tilted his head. Ryder wiped his sweat off on the coach, then the whole team did and they laughed.

Emily giggled. She looked at him nervous that he would come and give her a sweaty hug. She blushed deeply and shook her head.

I nodded "Okay let's do it" I grinned "I'm gonna take a shower" I told her then sat up slowly

Ryder walked over to Emily and engulfed her in a nice,sweaty hug.

I smiled at her then stood up from the bed and went to my dresser to get a pair if sweatpants that I could change into after I shower. I walked in the bathroom and shut the door then turned to hot water on.
