Alaska couldn't take this. If she had to sit next to Drake who was all but a ray of sunshine, she'd rip all her hair out. So she nudged him gently, trying to attempt to brighten his mood. She didn't know if she could or not. Or if he'd even acknowledge her attempt. But it was worth a shot.

Drake

Drake didn't move a muscle. He didn't even seem to be breathing. He was, once again, in his broken state. He kinda stunk from not showering or using deodorant.

Alaska noticed how he didn't even twitch. She would've tried again if not for the teacher. "Alaska? Anything you'd like to share?" She scowled. She was known for her trouble-making, so it was no surprise when she stood up and said, "Sure. What do you want?" The teacher wrinkled her nose and replied, "Just take your seat." Alaska glanced at it and then back. "Where do you want me to take it?" Laughter filled the classroom as the teacher got red-faced. "Alaska Nights, take your seat now young lady!" Alaska held a straight face. "Yeah, I get that. But where do you want me to take it?" "Sit down!" Alaska sat though didn't laugh. Everyone else was a fit of giggles. It seemed only she and Drake remained unamused. She glanced back at him. Was he even breathing? She noticed the slightest movement of breath and calmed down.

Drake:
Burying his face deeper into his arms, Drake's face twisted up in an ugly way again. Though nobody could see it, it was there. He bit his lip so hard it bled, and he decided this would make as a suitable excuse. His hand shot up. "Yes, Mr. Evans?" The teacher was irritated with him. "I'm bleeding. I'm going to the bathroom to clean up." He promptly stood up, and before the teacher could say a word, he exited the room. His desk had a drop or two of blood on it's surface. It was obvious he was bleeding a fair amount at a fair pace.

James - "That's good," I smiled, "Well, if you need any help with anything, I'd be glad to help."

I smiles."Merci". I say.

Danielle - "I don't know," I sighed, shaking my head. I hoped he had at least known. "Oh...what was she thinking, anyway? Didn't she learn her lesson last time?" I murmured, though I was mostly just talking to myself. As I took a closer look, I didn't see her laying anywhere in the paparazzi's path. I quickly started to walk in that direction, just to make sure. "I hope she's alright," I said softly - last time she got caught up in a crowd like that, she got some pretty bad injuries.

(@horsemane - It's ok, I totally understand. Life can be crazy, sometimes. People have basically just been talking. A little more recently, Alaska and Drake just had an argument and broke up, and now they're at school. The're both sort of disrupting class a bit and mouthing off to the teacher. Drake left the class because his lip was bleeding. Danielle and Diana got caught up in a crowd of Mason's fans and the paparazzi, who think the two have some sort of relationship. Diana was nowhere to be found, after the crowd left.)
James - Merci...that meant "thank you" in French, I thought. "You're welcome," I smiled, hoping it hadn't meant something else.
