You're bad. One of the worst, no one can handle you, no one wants to. So where do you go? Ruhe.
Ruhe was a town in North America, settled by Germans in the late 1800's. Ruhe means Tranquility or Calm in German, they named it this because of it's peaceful woods and wonderful community. This was until 1983, when a man by the name of Alec Hied, locked the town hall when the whole town was inside and burned the building down. The only two survivors were him and a woman by the name of Eliza Miller, Eliza and Alec both disappeared and were never found again. After the carnage in Ruhe, no one set foot in the place again, some tried to re-settle it, only to run off claiming it to be haunted.

Now, 21 years later the government wants to fix up the town, but with no one willing to go inside, they have sent in six Juvenile delinquents from across the country into Ruhe. They are too clean up the streets, and stay there for a month, to prove to everyone it is not haunted. In return the six will have all charges pressed against them dropped.
