I sipped my punch and examined the celebrities around me. I didn't really recognize any of them, but, well, who cares. I sighed and cast my eyes towards the ground, my confidence seeping out of me with every tick of the clock. No one would know me. No one would talk to me. I was lonely, unconfident, when I'm usually polite and friendly. I tapped the heel of my shoe on the floor, and continued to sip my punch.

My eyes pierced the room. I saw some people staring at me like they'd never seen anything like it before. I groaned and turned away, leaning against another wall. I know you're supposed to be formal and polite, but I was bored. Incredibly bored.

Reed walked around with nothing to do. He saw a girl, he believed her name was? He didn't actually know. He couldn't remember exactly. Reed went over to her, "Hey," He said. "Is it good?" He asked gesturing to the punch.

Katelyn

I looked up. "It's ok," I commented before setting it down on the table. I eyed the new guy warily. "I've never enjoyed parties extremely," I said dully. I shrugged. "Nothing much to do here. Hanging out near the banquet table is usually the best thing to do." I chuckled a little to myself, knowing I must be making a fool of myself. I sighed again.

Reed shrugged, "Yeah I guess parties are a bit overrated." Reed said. He looked around, all the celebrities. "So why are you here if you hate it so much?" Reed asked looking around.

I looked up at this curious guy. I shrugged, not really knowing why I came. I decided not to tell him that. "My 'manager' told me I should come and socialize with people," I lied, then gasped to myself, inside. I'd just lied. I'd never done that in my whole, entire life. Ever. My eyes widened, and my brain started to whirl into overdrive. I tried not to let the guy notice. I swallowed, and almost tried to 'gasp' for air.
"My name is Katelyn Shae," I said once I'd recovered. "May you tell me what your's is?"

Reed ran his fingers through his hair, then noticed the way she seemed to be kind of freaking out some how. Reed nodded, deciding to go with whatever she said. "Yeah I know who you are." reed nodded, he remembered now seeing her in a couple of movies, and he had a few of her songs. His niece loved her. He laughed a bit realizing what had said. "Sorry, I just realized what I said probably sounded weird. Its nice to meet you, Katelyn. Im Reed Bryson Andrew." He said realizing how stupid he must be sounding.

I tilted my head interestingly at Reed. I smiled, glad I wasn't the only one freaking out. He'd probably noticed, but I'd noticed him as well. "Someone does recognize me!" I exclaimed sarcastically, laughing at myself. I looked back at Reed, hoping he wouldn't think I'm a complete weirdo.

Emma Ryder ; ; Emma watched as Shane and Isobel left. She got up to leave, she pushed through a lot of people making her way to a exit. Several people reached for her hand to dance but she yanked away. She made it to her car with few questions and pictures, since most of the paps were inside now. She drove to the meeting place her and Shane had discussed.

Reed smiled noticing he wasn't the only crazy one. Reed laughed a little, "Well you are kinda hard not to notice you." Reed said, being his flirtateous self. He was always this way. Reed settled down a bit, relaxing hoping that everything could be like it was almost normal. That they could be themselves no worries about everyone else. He could be his weird self.

My eyes sparkled mischievously. I laughed at his comment, pulling out a chair to sit down as well. I took my goblet to the center of the table and filled one up for me, and one for Reed. I came back and sat down, sighing. "So... what do you do?" I asked cautiously, hoping he wouldn't get upset in any way that I had no idea where he came from.
