Kellinn hesitantly headed to the beach in black skinny jeans, burgundy coloured converse and a grey Sleeping With Sirens T-shirt. He knew he was late and everyone else would be there, but he was to upset about his cat Jalex to really care. He didn't even know if Jalex had survived; and was anxiously waiting for their call. He didn't know anyone there apart from Ashly and Clayton- the guy who was driving the car. From a mixture of being shy and upset, the brunette decided not to go over to everyone and just sat by himself, digging a stick around in the sand.

Clay smiled and looked at the crowd then back at Ky. He got on one knee and began to sing When You Can't Sleep At Night by Of Mice & Men.

After he ended the song, he smiled looking up at Ky, still on his knee. He stood back up and held out his hand for her.

He smiled at her, keeping focus on her for a few seconds then looking back at the crowd. "Thank you!" He announced into the mic smiling. "Alright, that was our last song! But next week we have a show at Mid Town at nine o' clock, till midnight! Why don't you guys come see us?" He announced and turned to Ky and the band, still smiling.

"Alright." He said with a smile. "I can't wait!" He said excited for the next concert. "And thanks!" He took the bottle of water he left on the edge of the stage and began drinking it.

Things began to die down and I made my way to the house only to find that there were officers at the door. "Is there a problem officer? What is going on?" I asked, concerned and worried. The officer cleared his throat and said, "We are here to take your father in for questioning about something that happened last night... A robbery or something... Where is he?" Shock and fear shot through my body and I stood like a statue, frozen. I couldn't move nor couldn't I even speak. I finally was able to find the words to say. "You...You... You think my father did something wrong? There is no way! You do not have proof! You can not take my father away from me! He is all I have left!" I shouted, anger building up inside me. An officer reached out a hand towards me, but I backed away, shaking my head. "Do not touch me! I do not know where my father is, and if I did know, why would I tell you? You are ruining a little party here.... A gathering as a matter of fact..." I said firmly. The officer sighed and shook his head and then said, "Well you leave me no choice but to come in and look for him. Now I wont come in if you tell me where he is located, but the choice is yours. We do need your father." I sighed and took a few steps back.

He shrugged and heard some commotion coming from the house. "Come on, let's see what's going on." He said as he jumped off the stage and held out his hands for her to jump to him.

Clay looked at Ky then auto the cops and shook his head, no emotion showed. He began towards the door and whipped off a little sweat that drained down his face. "What's going on here?" He said bravely as he shoved his hands into his pockets.

I whirled around to see Kylie and Clay come in and I backed up towards Kylie. "They are wanting my dad for robbery and they want to know where he is..." I said, tears forming in my eyes. I felt my body grow weak and I felt weak in the knees. I had to grab onto the chair for support and I glanced at the cops with teary eyes.
