Joe was walking around the place looking in awe at all of the people in their amazing cosplays. He was so distorted in fact that he bumped into a girl in a Barricade cosplay,
"I am so sorry." Joe's eyes were wide as he put a hand on the girls shoulder to make sure she didn't fall over or something, it was more of a reaction than an actual precaution or anything. Joe made sure not to hit the girl or anyone else around with his axe guitar by setting it down against the nearest wall.
