I had spanish, then next I would go to scienc. Yes! I walked to spanish sitting down and taking out the notebook beginning the asignment.

I open my locker and grab my science textbook and stroll down the hall every so often waving. Lots of girls smile and wave at me and walk next to me. I sigh not in the mood to flirt. When I get in the science classroom I struggle to find an empty table even though I know I will soon be joined with people popular or not. Then Amanda walks in with a crowd of giggling girls at her heels. The girls walk towards me and talk at me. I slap my forehead and ask to go get a drink of water. I shake my head as if to clear my mind. "I wonder if Amanda spread that I'm single now..." I mutter under my breath. I walk into the hallway and see a few nerds in the corner. I hope they didn't notice me glance over. I quickly turn my head away. I suddenly have a large headache. I wince in pain.

Seeing Adian I walked towards him earning a few scowls from the popular girls "You ok?" I asked in a concerned tone leaning on one crutch for some reason.

"It's just a headache." I reply pinching the bridge of my nose. Amanda's popular group walks towards me almost knocking me over.

"Ehh..." I was basically pushed away from him and frowned. "See you in science...?" I muttered limping towards my locker grabbing my books and struggling to class.

"Sure." I reply. I push through the crowd and go back to my seat. Luckily Amanda's group inside science cleared up. The bell rang. I glanced up at the clock and it was the 5 minute bell. I sit down and the coldness of the chair greets me. Amanda almost sits next to me and it feels like I am out of breath. I rush to another seat. I sigh with relief. Even though my headache still hurts at least I am saving myself from a different kind of headache.

I went inside the classroom seeing Adian. "Hey" I murmured. Another boring lecture from the teacher, but I just ignored her. I looked at my leg sighing a bit then at my hands.

"Hi. I can't believe it's the first week of school and we have to do work!" I whisper. I look across the room and see Amanda and Brooke writing notes to each other and laughing. Lucky the teacher didn't see them.

I laughed quietly "yea, and I can't believe I broke my leg on the first day." I whispered back laughing a bit.

"Yeah. I hope that heals quicker than the doctors think though! It must be hard to use crutches."
