Kenna motioned at her ankle, "I think I've rolled it" she managed as she gulped in breaths of air. "i need you to help me stand up, can you do that?" she asked with a weak smile.

"No prob."said Trevor as he wrapped his arm around her and pulled her her up.

(Welcome baaaack ) Kenna breathed in sharply as he lifted her up. She gingerly stood on her ankle and grimaced in pain. "Its popped out of place again" she rolled her eyes.

Trevor chuckled,"again?so youve done this before?"he asked.

She nodded in return. "You're going to have to pop it back into place for me, do you mind?" Kenna asked. "Yeah, it will hurt but its better than having it like this for too long"

"Sure, but uhh, how do i do that?"he asked

Kenna pulled him down to sit with her and positioned his hands, one her her heel and one of the top of her foot. "Now, on the count of three, just pushed my foot forward by the heel and down by the top of my foot okay?" She looked into his eyes and nodded, "1, 2...3!!!!"

Trevor did as he was told and her ankle made a dreadful pop.

Kenna opened her mouth in a silent scream and her eyes rolled back in her head. She forced her eyes open and back to normal and a couple of tears rolled down her cheeks.

Trevor winced at the sight of her pain,"Sorry!"he said, feeling bad about hurting her.

Kenna reached foward and put her hand over his. "its okay, you did well! Thankyou" she smiled.
