Grant is quiet most of the time. He isn't shy, and he will speak up for himself or others. He has been in a lot of fights because of his past and childhood, and he'd prefer not telling anyone about anything involving him and his past.

Grant was the loner in his neighborhood. The whole neighborhood could hear his mother yelling at him, and see him get punished. The kids around his neighborhood and in his school constantly bullied and picked on him. His father left him at birth after his parents had a fight, and his mom was horrible to him. She always blames Grant for what happened to her, and throws a lot of stuff at him. One day, Grant finally took enough of his mother to get up and leave. He earned enough to get a small apartment, but still gets bullied. But this time he doesn't just sit and let them, which is why he is in the office a lot and has a lot of bruises and black eyes.

So he had noticed. She shrugged too. "Are you any good?" she asked as she saw another wave coming towards them and she prepped to ride it.

Junior shrugged, "You be the judge of that." he said smilling and paddled with a wave. He stood up after the wave had came, it started with a small tube, he bent down and came out, carving the top of the wave. The wave died down and he paddled back to her. "So?" he asked smilling.

ARRIANE
"Pretty good, check this?" she said and paddled out and skidded up it riding it. She did a 360 and then landed perfectly on the wave throwing in some other tricks before coming out of the wave a big smile on her face feeling exhilarated.

Junior smiled as he watched her. She carved the wave perfectly. When she was finished and started paddling to him he started to clap slowly. "Nice job, very nice." junior said smilling. "I'm better with my skateboard than I am with this thing, I don't even compare to that." he said smilling.

She blushed, she didn't want to make him feel like she thought she was superior. "I bet" she said and smiled at him. She sat on her board trailing her fingers in the water.
