I frown at him and my heart sunk a little. I knew he was hiding a black eye, it made no difference to me if he was bruised a bit, he was still very attractive and it made him look tuff. I smile a bit and say "Ok, where we're going is this way" I say and grab his hand, dragging him.

I smile at him "Yeah I love them, my parents used to own a lake house a couple hours from here, I would drive out there by myself on the weekends sometimes and I'd just watch the sun rise and set." I said and then looked down, tears brimming my eyes at the thought of my parents and brother Seth. I blink a few times and the tears are gone. I look back up at him "How about you tough guy? Everyone has a soft spot for something" I tease him and ask with a smile.
