Ashley looked down at her phone and her face went white, "Shoot!" She saw she had missed 3 calls from her 'dad'.

Alex smiled, "Hey every bad boy has a good side. I think your brother does and that's why my sister likes him."

Alex smiled and kissed her forehead.

Ashley looked down at her phone again and called back her father. She stepped away from Lucario so he wouldn't have to listen. When her dad answer he started to yell at her through the phone, all she could do to keep herself from crying was say sorry over and over again.

He watched Ashley with hurt in his eyes. He felt bad for her.... Very bad for her. He looked up and saw Alex and Alex. He growled low in his throat and stalked to his bike. He whistled for Diego who came trotting up to him.

She smiled and rested her chin on his shoulder. She had started to like him, a lot. She hugged him more.
