Sam exited the ocean and headed to his car. He grabbed his towel and ruffled his hair with it and threw his board in the back seat before getting in the car and driving off. He stopped at his house and quickly went up to his room and changed. He threw a grey beanie on, white shirt, regular pants and shoes before exited the house and heading down to the local grill.

//////////carson decided that the cafeteria was boring, but she didn't wanna go to her next class. she instead she walked into the halls and to her locker. she opened it and grabbed a few things from out of it. instead of going to her next period, she just waited around in the halls boredly. class should be out anytime soon anyways.

As Lauren was getting her stuff out of the locker, she saw another girl just hanging around the hallway. She adjusted her backpack to be comfortable and then awkwardly approached the girl. "Uh... h-hi. Are you- are you okay?" She asked hesitantly.

//////////carson looked up at the other female that had slowly approached her. she studied her for a moment before replying, "hi. um... yeah," she answered firmly. she decided to try and not be mean to this girl, she seemed innocent and such. she let her eyes venture around the somewhat empty hallway before turning back to the female. "ditching, hm?" she asked curiously.

After first hour, the day went past quickly up until lunch. she hadn't really spoken with many people, except for a few of the other popular girls she had befriended last year. when the bell rang dismissing her to lunch, she quickly headed into the cafeteria, a smile on her face. lunch was her favorite time of the day- mostly so she could socialize with her friends. she glanced around the open space, slowly wandering around as she tried to find some of the other populars.

brandon was about to respond, when the bell suddenly dismissed them from the class. ugh, the one time i wish the bell wouldn't ring.. he thought. standing, he smiled down at willow, "alright. just so you know, i might be a little late." he responded with a slight smirk, before heading out the door. the rest of the day leading to lunch went in a quick blur, before finally ending at lunch. stepping outside, he glanced around before stepping under a large tree to smoke a quick cigarette. once he was finished, he headed over to where willow was sitting. placing himself across from her, he grinned, "hello once again."

Willow smiled as she heard the familiar voice of Brandon. She looked up from her phone, her yellow green eyes staring into his warm brown ones. "Hey there stranger." She said with warmth laced in her voice. "How is your day so far?" She asked.

brandon grinned slightly, flicking the hair out of his eyes before speaking, "ahh, pretty good. but, its school, so i got bored easily." he responded, slightly leaning back in his chair as he glanced up at the sun. looking back at willow, he gave her a lopsided grin, "and how was your day so far?"

Willow shrugged. "Boring. It's just the same routine over and over." She said, using her hands as talked. "Expect my drawing class. It was the only class that I liked." She said with a wide smile. "So tell me Brandon, how was your summer?" She asked with curiosity.
