"Who was still alive?" Reina blurted out. Realizing she came off as sounding rude, she toned her voice down to a softer one. "If..you don't mind me asking.." She added.

Jasmine frowned and watched them talk. She couldn't help but lightly growl as it seemed like Jake was flirting with Rain at first. She got up and walked over to them. "Hey! Since you guys are just talking, I thought you wouldn't mind if I joined!"

Reina opened her mouth to say something, but all that came out was a small squeak. Not wanting to cause him anymore troubles, she just kept her mouth shut. "I always thought my mother was dead..." She started.

Reina looked up to see Jasmine. "Yeah. That's fine. " Reina asked, giving Jake a questioning look.

Jake looked up and smiled "It's fine... If Mercy found out I was talking about our mother I'm gonna be dead... Our mother wasn't the nicest person..."

(Sure It doesn't matter which one Mercy is a tom boy who plays football and wrestles, and Jake is carefree)
