Family. Most people, when they hear the word, think of a mother and father and grandparents and a few kids all cozy and sitting by a fireplace, like on those Christmas cards. But this family is far from picture perfect.

You are one of 12 children in the Rose family. When you hear family, all you can think of is the chaos that erupts each and every day. Even at school, when the siblings meet things can go terribly wrong. There is not a single breakable thing in the house; in fact, there are no decorations, just a bit of furniture. All decorations were broken or hidden safely away long before the 12th child was born. The paint on the walls was once white, but now it is half white at the top, and the bottom is covered in drawings and scribbles and splattered paint. Some siblings are closer than others, and there are a few rivalries amongst them. But even with all the chaos, you all have each other's backs. If a bully picks on one of you, he messes with all of you. Somehow, you make things work.

Rules Of This Roleplay

Basics:
~first of all, this is a family rp, NOT a romance rp. There
are plenty of other rps just for romance if that's what you want.
~keep everything PG
~family 'wars' and drama are encouraged! Prank wars are an
easy way to start something.
~I will create news polls every now and then to let you guys
know what's going on. Time of day, location all kids (should) be,
any family trips, etc. will be announced there.

Characters:
~only three characters per person
~if you make more than one character, you must have at least
one boy and one girl*
~the ages range from 5 to 18.
~yes, two characters may be twins. You must either play both,
or work something out with another roleplayer before posting
that your character has a twin brother or sister.
~I'd prefer 6 boys and 6 girls, but its ok if there are one or two
more girls than boys, or boys than girls.
~one pet limit per character, nothing bigger than a large dog.

Literature:
~no text talk
~two line minimum. That means two full lines of text, not two
choppy sentences.
~no swearing

personality; mason tends to be much quieter than other kids his age. he's very intelligent, and learns new things easily just by observing the world around him. he is more of a follower than a leader, and usually will do whatever his older siblings ask him to. this sometimes gets him in to trouble, but other than that, he is well-behaved. since he is passive and quiet, he often gets taken blamed for things or teased by his siblings and other children his age. although he's quiet, he is still very playful and energetic. he's imaginative and has a passion for music, even at such an early age.
