I felt adrenaline begin to rush through me, but I pushed it back. With a growl, I forced both of my open hands at his flying fist. I braced my legs so I didn't topple. He hit my hands with furious force, but I held. I deflected it, sending waves of force through me. I was able to withstand it, though.

She hit his fist away and he grinned. "Good see you didn't fall back!" He said, slightly impressed. "Try to swing my arms away, that way you don't still hit my punch full on." He said and demonstrated a high block and an inside swing. "Like that."
I nodded, studying the movement closely. I felt the wound on my hand throbbing. I massaged it and the pain went away. "Now I see why you block it off like that." I laughed. "So i guess that means you could use the other hand, the one you dont block the punch with, to punch them int he stomach or something?"
