"Ok..." I bit my lip. I found the best blanket I could find, but it was thin, and had holes in it. I sighed. It would have to suffice. I slipped into bed and pulled the blanket over me. I hoped that, if Jonathon did come, I wouldn't be too tired to protect myself. I closed my eyes, and drifted off into sleep.

I had waited outside the apartment that the two had disappeared into for the past five hours. By now, the dim lights were going out. I decided to wait longer. I made sure my hiding spot, a pile of clothes that reeked, covered me entirely except for my eyes and that I hardly breathed so the clothes wouldn't move.
