Lumina nodded and sighed as she patted Shades on the top of his head. She smiled down at him as he barked playfully up at her. "Well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see how safe it really is here. You can never tell from all the different orphans that come here," she grinned and looked up at Lily, "You gotta think.... How did most of them become orphans in the first place?"

Lucas didn't quiet understand, He was still trying to understand when she said 'Friend.' "I've never had a friend before.." The boy muttered looking down.

"True.." She said. "I never knew my parents and my brothers never told me how or why I'm here" She added with a shrug.

Lumina chuckled softly. "My parents abandoned me. Guess they didn't want me. They didn't love me." She smiled. "Even when I got adopted, they didn't want me. I guess I'm just a bad child." She started playing with her lip rigs with her tongue, smiling as she done so.

I opened one of my pockets and a chinchilla came out, "Same here, Mia has been my only friend till now."

Lucas looked at it a small smile on his face. "My sister is a animal whisper.. Literally.. When I was walking a lot of animals were following her.." He said looking up and looking into her eyes.

"Guess some parents just don't like kids.. But then why try for a kid if you're just gonna abandon it?" Lily said as she pet the squirrel that she decided would be walked Mandy.

"I like Raven's and Owls.." He said and took her hand and walked out of the Orphanage. He saw his sister and waved her over. "My sister has two horses" He added as they got outside.

"Be right back Luna, Actually you can come if you want" Lily smiled as she ran over to her brother the squirrel still on her shoulder. "Hi Lucas" She smiled and giggled. "Wow, Make a Girlfriend already?" She asked as she saw he was holding a girls hand.

Lucas blushed and let go, He had no hair to hide his face.
