Chase turned around and picked her up, spinning her Lex! Babygirl how are you? he asked smiling brightly. He had missed her so much in the past year he was sure he would cry but he wouldn't do that now. He looked down at her and grinned

The Opposites

The world was silent around her, minus the few barking seals and the waves crashing onto the rocks. The cove she was at few people knew about. She let out a soft sigh, content. She glazed out off the beach, into the murky, sandy waters. She looked back up the beach, where her bag and towel lay on the sand. There was no turning back…well there was, but she wasn't going to. With out a second thought, she entered the chilly water. Sucking in a breath at the shock of the water. Not that it mattered, within a few moments her body was numb from the cold. When she was up to her hips, she dove. Her body bending neatly as her hands lead the way, submerging under the foamy water. The salty water burned at her eyes for a moment, before that as well adjusted. The waves pushed and pulled her as she swam. As she got further out, the water began to clear so she could see where she was going. As the water opened up for her, she watched as seals darted to and fro, looking at her as if she was crazy. Her lungs began to burn as she started running out of air, she kicked up to the surface, wiping wet hair from her face, she sucked in a breath as she looked around. Above, a single gull flew above her, crying out. The sky was clear, blue and perfect. The sun hot as always. She smiled once, before she dove downwards once more.

But if you close your eyes, does it almost feel like nothing changed at all?

Minhyun walked down the street. 4 of his friends were currently dragging him towards a local gym to accompany them to work out. Minhyun wasn't the type of work out, however and prefered reading or something else. Today, he wore a white hoodie, jeans and converse sneakers. He only had a few friends since he just moved here, but these 4 really were his best friends and he didn't think there could be any others out there. He whined as he was dragged into the gym, a scent hung in the air as his friends walked towards the counter.

Lexa smiled brightly as he spun her around and asked her how she was doing. She then answered "great but better now", still with a smile on her face. " You know I've missed you, a lot" she then added in, just to let him know that she hadn't forgotten about him or anything. She then bit down on her bottom lip as she waited for him to reply.

Amanda had looked back over towards the front of the community center and saw this new guy come in with some of his friends. She had seen him around before, but never cared to talk tohim. Amanda has never dated and for some reason her mom kepps pushing her too. Usually moms dont do this, but hers does. Amanda sighed a bit and contunied to jog on the treadmill.

Lexa gave a cute smile as he kissed her forehead, glad that she was finally in his arms again. " Of course you can" she then replied after he asked her if he could buy her a snow cone. "So after this do you wanna go for a walk or go back to my place?" she then asked him in a quiet tone again.

We can go back to your place. I drove so we dont have to walk he said and ordered her ffavorite flavor of snowcone and ordered his favorite. After he paid and handed hers to her he smiled. Youve become so gorgeous. Not that you werent always gorgeous he rambled and rubbed her back of his neck

Lexa nodded and replied "sure, that sounds great" in the same tone as before. Afterwards, she smiled and giggled a little as he became kinda awkward, finding it really cute. Afterwards, she gave him a small peck on the lips to let him know that it was fine. She then said "thanks for the snow cone, should we go now or later?".
