Sofia climbed up the brown stairs to the front doors. She opened them as she held a paper in front of her. The paper was a map of the school. Curiously, Sofia started walking towards the skating rink, as she has a love for ice skating. On the way to the rink, she passed by her locker. 5-33-7, she said as she turned the combination lock opening her locker. She put her bag away, and continued walking.

For someone not accustomed to change like myself this whole experience was fairly nerve wrecking, I was currently unlacing my skates to confirm I was late for social studies. With a sigh I tugged the remaining white skate off of my foot. I guess the teachers wouldn't mind if I wore my ice skating suit to class? After all it was basically leggings and a hoddie with a blue stripe down the side. I quickly covered the blades of my skates then set them in my duffle bag, after zipping it up I took it in my hand and headed out towards Social Studies.

I had just dropped my bag off and was currently standing outside of my class door, I set my back pack down and tugged my hair up into a bun before opening the door. "Sorry, I'm late." I whispered even though my thick accent rang loudly in my voice, I took a seat towards the back and pulled a notebook from my bag. I tugged a piece of hair from the side of my bun and fiddled my fingers around it, that comforted me at least a little bit.

When she asked if he had a smartphone, his cheeks lit up and he felt his whole face getting warmer. he looked down at his notebook trying not to look at her eyes. He had always wanted a cell phone, too. But he had learned not to ask for every single thing he wanted. "Uh... no. I...don't really have... any money." he murmured softly so only she could listen to him and not anyone else. He doodled in the desk again, too ashamed to look at her eyes.

Emilia wondered what Maksym wanted to say 'if his parents knew where he was they'd be worried, too'. He didn't have any parents? Or they didn't even bother to know where his son was? She truly didn't want to know, though curiosity was bothering her too much at that moment. "Sure, it's this way." Emilia had photographic memory and remembered exactly how to go back to the class.
