I rolled out of bed and fell on the floor, making a clump. I reached up and grabbed my bed for support and stood up. I stretched; it was the weekend. I smiled. i put on my tank top and shorts, then put my hair in a ponytail and ran downstairs. I kissed my dad on my way out saying, "Bye daddy!" I ran out the door to get to the beach.

I walked a few steps away from the water. I'm walking and looking at the sea, when I bump into a boy, knocking my sunglasses off.

I stumbled off, failing to put my sunglasses back on. Screw it, I thought. I put my sunglasses onto my head as I continued my walk down the beach. Man, were there alot of teenagers here today! I glanced back at the boy I had bumped into- he was cute! I blushed and shook that thought out of my head.

I got up later than I would have liked today. I threw on what I could find and topped it off with a green beenie. Heading towards the beach I stopped in my favorite coffee shop. "Hey Shanon," I say to the manager. "Ryan!" She says with a smile. "I was worried I wasn't going to see you today." I smile as she hands me the cup of coffee she gives me everyday. "I was just off to a slow start this morning, sorry." With a light giggle she responds, "That's alright, I know how that goes." I hand her the money for my drink before walking out the door, the two of us sharing goodbyes with an extra 'have a good day'.
