Jay grinned then, feeling more at ease
"I guess it is unusual" He allowed "But then again, I don't often see girls walking their cats" he teased her, glad that he could be himself "Do you go to the local high school? I've never seen you before"

Artemis rolled over, paws wiggling in the air as she let out small puppy shrieks of excitement, inviting Rain to play.

Taylor smiled shyly as he complimented her, then met his eyes "You can call me whatever you like" she answered "My friends call me Tay" She watched Artemis with amused blue eyes

He stared back into her eyes, immediately falling in love. He smiled '' Okay, Tay. Would you ...'' he started a question but was unsure at first. '' Would you like to be my gir'' he stopped at the last minute. What if she said no? They had only just met. Oh well, he though, YOLO! '' Would you like to be my g-girlfriend?'' he stuttered, nervously flicking his hair to the side.

"Sometimes that's a good thing" she looked at him "And sure, that's be nice. Where to?"

Jay nodded
"That's why I didn't recognise you" He answered, nodding slowly "Well, Trust me, its nothing special" In fact, school for him was living hell.

Taylor was surprised at first, and then she smiled, revealing white teeth
"Oh, Kai..." She looked up at his eyes "You're too cute." She grinned then "But I hardly know you...I'm not saying never, just not now."
She could feel herself already falling for this guy and hoped he'd stick around.

'' Yeah, sure, I- i know. Thanks. So are you'' he had gone too far, he already knew it. He was making a habit of this! Jumping to conclusions. He sat down heavily on the bench but tried not to show his disappointment. '' But we should still meet up some time, right?'' he asked, trying to be brave.

violet-"True, but atleast i can meet new people."

"Yeah" Jay said softly, thinking now "Why did your parents keep you home schooled?"

Taylor looked down at him, smiling thoughtfully.
"Of course we can" She said "Do you have your phone? I'll give you my number"

violet-i shugged "I honestly dont really remember." Lie, i hated it but i didnt want to talk about my parents. I would have to make it up to him later.

'' Eh, yeah, Somewhere in these pockets!'' he joked, scrabbling in his jeans pockets. ''Here'' he said, scribbling down his number and handing it to her. '' Text or ring whenever you want me, I've always got my phone'' he said, before patting Artemis and Rain.

"I'll do that" Taylor answered, with a smile, pushing her dark hair out of her crystal clear blue eyes. She meant it, too. "But...Do you have time to hang out now?" She was feeling strangely nervous which wasn't at all like her

Jay nodded "My parents wanted me to go to a private school" he made a face "But, I didn't want to"
